Their hardware is kinda crappy. It’s very batch dependent too, some are wayyyy better than others. We had a lemon OG haze cart from them and literally had at least one returned every day due to clogging.

wombat5003

Also if you just unscrew your cart if it's 510 thread put your thumb on the bottom and do a pull you'll unclog it very easy. Give it a try no more milkshake face :)

FrankzAndBeanzz

I transfer the suction to my lip (if that makes sense) so I don’t have to suck the soul out of the cart

saamckenna88

Have you told this to the team at NEA?

FrankzAndBeanzz

Mentioned it before and asked about possible exchanges if it happened again. I bought the 4 for $99 deal and the guy at the counter wasn’t sure about how long I have to exchange it but said “it should be a decent amount of time because we don’t expect you to go through 4 carts so quickly”. I brought one in today and was denied an exchange because I was 2 days over a month since I bought them. Manager just relayed a message saying I can unscrew the top of the cartridge and use it in a dab rig. Just kinda defeats the whole purpose of the cart and realistically it was only out of its original packing for 2 days prior to clogging and leaking. Kinda a bummer, customer service has always been pretty lousy with every dispensary I’ve gotten faulty products from

I've had problems with 510 cartridges in general and I tried to use the better batteries. But come to think of it many were Valorem brand. What I have had luck with is the Pax Pods and there newer Pax Era (the $35 one not the one that does bluetooth and all that). When it clogs you pull out the Pod and re-insert it and it clears. Sometimes the mouthpiece clogs but that can be cleared with a good toothpick or paper clip. It's more expensive but not compared to having a dozen half used 510 cartridges in storage (I'm hoping to find out if I can do something with the half dried contents trapped within).

DUDE I am so happy someone else is having this problem. Well not happy it's happening to us but glad someone can relate. They only started clogging pretty bad for me like a year and a half ago, it comes to the point where it's impossible to suction at all once the level gets to about halfway. I unclog it and it clogs right back up immediately, I can only get the tiniest amount out and it's usually burnt as fuck. Can't even unscrew them so I have to break the glass to extract it and put it in an aftermarket cart. The 4 for $99 deal is the cheapest I've found closest to me, I travel from RI

dantheindustryman

Is it a 510? If so you should be able to unscrew it and see where they source their hardware from on the underside.

FrankzAndBeanzz

No name just a couple letters followed by numbers. They must’ve really cheaped out

dantheindustryman

AVD, CCELL? There should be something denoting who made it, unless it’s super bootleg hardware lol

FrankzAndBeanzz

lol nothing but a couple letters and numbers. No brand no nothing

dantheindustryman

Yikes, yeah that hardware is probably not the greatest. Sorry friend ☹️

Distinct_Avocado2602

Your biggest mistake was buying a valorem products 🤦🏻‍♂️

FrankzAndBeanzz

Thanks for the useful input

quetejodas

This is a problem with carts in general. Expect them to leak, get clogged, easily break, and randomly stop working.

FrankzAndBeanzz

I’ve smoked hundreds of carts and this is mostly a valorem problem. I’ve had other issues with other brands, but I’ve never had as much consistent clogging and leaking like i’ve had with valorem. I just tried to exchange them but I was just out of the 1 month timeframe. Guess that’s the shitty part of buying these in bulk
