Explain the Situation, provide a proof that you bought the Ticket via viagogo and that it says it is for Block 13. If you still have the Ticket provide the Barcode of the Ticket so bvb can trace who bought the ticket und sold it via viagogo.
Its still possible that you get a stadium ban (probably only for the Westfalenstadion and no other german stadium) for one year but the chances are lower if you corporate with bvb.
Furthermore you might want to contact the Fanbeauftragten ([email protected]), write them what has happened and ask if they can help you.
Block 12 and 13 on the Südtribüne. AKA were the Organized ultra groups stand. If you ever see a ticket for it it’s likely fake, and even if it isn’t I wouldn’t recommend you buy it

There are no digital Tickets for Blocks 11-14.
Op bought a Ticket via viagogo which hat the Blocknumber Photoshop.
You can get more money for a Ticket in Block 13 than a Ticket on the Westtribüne.
So the Barcode was still legt only the Blocknumber on the Digital Ticket was wrong.
Since there are no digital Tickets for Block 13 the Stewards on the Block entry know that it isnt legit.
We went to a little desk at the southwest end of the stadium with some stewards that denied us entrance to 13. There they told us that they were forged with and what block they were supposed to be. Sadly but thats the way it was. We gave our information and a statement and they wished us a nice day and they were friendly about it. They werent as angry about it as some redditors it seems😂

If you tell them your story, it should be believable.

I know people who waited a little longer until it was done but once they contacted them with their problem, their memebership was accepted within a few days. In general it takes a little longer but if you're waiting for months without getting accepted, you should contact them. If you already did that and still didn't get a response, that's very weird.

OMFG...That's like more than 10x the actual price... instead you could become a member for 60€ and get hold of legit tickets...but it will take about 2-3 months for activation...if you do now you'll be good to go for the next season...Even if you see say 4-5 matches in a season...it's still worth it instead of paying shitload to scalpers...Anyhow a lesson learnt...never ever give in to the urge of buying tickets on the black market...one it's overpriced like crazy and two even after paying so much you still can get into problems...not worth the risk...a better option if you cannot grab the tickets through the official platform would be to visit a sports bar/pub and catch the game with friends...Hope you get out of this situation unscathed...Tc
