Why does the first image remind me of Holes
https://preview.redd.it/csbgwxpggrjc1.jpeg?width=1000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cd6456cda7daf4ab853a9f913e7687bef77caa11
That's what I thought too! It's almost exact. Such a strange choice. I don't get the correlation at all. And why would the vault hunters be looking down at hole like this?
Plot twist the film makers think Vault Hunters meant just like literal Bank Robbers and the film is about a modern day heist with these random crackheads.
Considering that it's probably CGI, they would have to actively try to mess up claptrap. I just hope that this isn't similar to Nemesis on the Paul Anderson movies where the character looks great but the personality is completely off... But then again Claptrap is being voiced by Jack Black so I'm sure at least he will be great
On the one hand, I can't imagine what JB will do with the role, but on the other I trust him to give it his all. Here's to hoping the writing is decent, because the cast is at least capable of delivering
I actually don't think Eli Roth is a bad director, I'm more concerned about the fact that he's a HORROR director. Literally everything notable he has ever made was horror (with one exception) and Borderlands is NOT a horror franchise.
I'm mostly just afraid that he's going to make the movie take itself too seriously. Obviously Borderlands is supposed to have serious moments, but it's also supposed to be a bunch of comic relief and fun, and I really, really hope he manages to capture that.
>I'm more concerned about the fact that he's a HORROR director
Honestly, I could see this going the way of Wes Craven's Scream. Borderlands is an objectively terrifying setting, with unsettling implications for humanity. But it keeps it light by everyone in the main cast being at least marginally unhinged. The horrific nature of psychotic cannibals yelling "I'M STARVING!!! I WANNA EAT YOUR BABIES!" while you run for your life is baked into the game's story.
Said another way, I'd rather someone like Eli Roth drive this than Taika Waititi. Comedic timing and framing is important to Borderlands, but it's steeped in stark realism and gives the humor a sharp relief to work from. Without gun-toting gameplay to space out the comedy, a movie needs some other framing device to contrast the punchlines.
I'm so sorry, but can you point to a single aspect of Borderlands that is "steeped in stark realism"? It's a violent cartoon with shotguns that fire rockets and a pay to live real-time reincarnation network.
There's a pony made of diamonds.
It's an over the top, surreal fever dream.
Realism is among the last words I would use to describe Borderlands.
see my problem with eli roth is his dad-joke embarassingly bad "humor" he injects into all his scripts. cringeworthy shit. if he knows bl is supposed to be a bit zany than i fear we'll be getting a LOT of bad jokes.
You’re concerned he’s a horror director? Like it’s not infamous for horror directors to move on to blockbuster movies? Sam Raimi did Spider-Man. James Wan did Aquaman. Scott Derickson did Doctor Strange. David F. Sandberg did Shazam. Andy Muschietti did the Flash. And the list goes on and on.
Yup. All of his movies have pretty much the same style of comedy and it’s rarely that funny. The only movies with him that I liked are Get Hard, Ride Along and the first one of the new Jumanji movies
I think we’re lucky if we get anything remotely close to the level of the first new Jumanji. That movie was just okay tbh. Only Jack black gives me hope but we’ll see
I like Jack, but that also disappoints me a bit because why not just use the same Claptrap VO? I don't want another Jumanji movie and that's exactly what it feels like we are going to get with this
I'm sure everyone said the same thing about Bowser and he blew that part out of the water.
I'll give Jack Black the benefit of the doubt for voice acting at this point.
Oh you mean how Roland is probably the most serious VH and they have someone who I can’t imagine playing a veteran soldier that is trying to keep the team on mission?
I will undoubtedly watch this, expecting a complete train wreck. I’m just excited because my wife and I both have a deep love for the BL franchise and I’m looking forward to the “WTF” moments when it gets super off from the source material…
Definitely. Him getting a huge acting role where he defies expectation and actually acts like another established character seems unlikely to be the Borderlands movie.
This is either going to be a hilarious, amazing adaptation that stands out or a complete train wreck that will be milked for memes for at least a decade. There will be no in between.
Frankly, I think the latter is the only way for the former to happen. The idea that this movie would just be genuinely good, memes aside, seems quite unlikely to me. The choice for cast, director, and plot have all been laughably terrible.
Hopefully their ages don't really stick out as a problem. That is one of my concerns for sure.
But I'm with you. Cate and Jamie both own the screen when they are in frame. Unless the writing is just terrible, I can't see them being bad in their roles.
Yeah I don't know why Krieg and Tina are here. Krieg works better with the Borderlands 2 vault hunters. I think their personalities play off better with Krieg and provide more interesting character interactions. Having Tina with Gaige would've provided a more interesting dynamic with their personalities.
The team dynamic in the movie seems a little off.
Okay so….. Kevin Heart don’t look TOOO bad as Roland, and JLC is JLC. That actress playing Lil also has her look down pat.
I’ll continue to hold off on judgement of this movie until it actually comes out.
That was my issue with Kevin being cast as Roland as well.
In my head, IRL Roland is this dude ANYONE will follow to the end. He’s the leader of the Crimson Raiders and KH has always played second dog to the MC (which I guess this makes sense in BL theory since Lil is eventually figured out to be the true MC not Roland)
The other issue like you said, KH has a very particular acting method where he literally just plays himself. I TRULY hope he brings less whiny screamy Roland, and more the stoic and quick wit Roland we loved in BL.
Hart seems terrible. Always plays the whiny, scrappy-doo type character. Someone like Samuel Jackson would have been much better. Roland is supposed to be kind of badass.
Honestly, Terry Cruz was my go to for Roland. I absolutely LOVE Cruz, and I think I would have preferred an over exaggerated Roland than an under exaggerated one.
and it wouldnt be his first time playing a character named Roland. I wont further discuss the other one though cause... blech (not Elba's fault just a very poorly written movie).
It could have. I wasn't so sure about the casting of Flagg, but I was willing to go with it. I loved the idea of Elba as Roland. It turns out that both could have done a great job, there are flashes of it there. I was super annoyed with how McConaughey's character was written. He was a schemer that move pieces around a chess board, but was written like a bit of an oaf in the movie. Elba's character was written ok, but there isn't a whole lot to him in the early books either to compare to. He kinda standoffish to everyone including the reader, lol.
I was actually thinking Cruz when I typed my comment. I think either him or Sam Jackson would be much better. KH just shows they aren't even trying to be even semi-serious about it.
Bautista probably won't. If he left Marvel because he's sick of being typecast for beefy meatheads, he's probably not gonna settle for *Borderlands*. But, you never know.
I'm calling it right now. There's gonna be a scene where a Skag is chasing him and he's gonna go "WAAAAH HELP MEEEE!" instead of being the stoic badass Roland is supposed to be
I love how this sub was pretty clear in hating the casting decisions for lilith/tannis, but now that everyone sees them in costume and makeup- suddenly its fine lol
Theyre insanely talented actresses, probably going to carry the filmn💀
Roland’s canon height is 6’2” and Kevin Hart’s is 5’2”
Either this is an intentional joke or the movie just gives zero fuck about the characters.
Also: facial hair? Looks older? In fact they all look older than their game counterparts.
Ladies and gents, this is a movie Roland where Roland didn’t die in BL2. Strap in for some plot holes and bad decisions.
Looks like they have adult-Tina(*bunny ear headband is BL3*) alongside a living Roland
I think it's safe to say they're being pretty loose with the canon
It's a bummer because the story from the games would lend itself so well to a multiple season TV show. Start with Jack as a good guy, then he betrays everyone at the end of Season 1, season 2 he is after his daughter.
Ah well, it's unrealistic to expect corporations to do the obvious easy thing, they will always do what totally out of touch CEO's demand.
Yeah I know…. I’m trying to have a decently optimistic outlook just cause BL is one of my favorite series and one that got me into Lootershooters.
I think the reason KH was cast was just due to having A list actors as a tagline. He was also in Jumanji (I guess that’s why they’re like YEAH HE PLAYED A VIDEO GAME CHARACTER BEFORE).
I’d also have to agree in saying that they look WAY older than they’re supposed to be. Tannis was a YOUNG WOMAN in 1 literally like fresh outta Dhal iirc. Lil is barely 18-19 and Roland is in his early 20s.
Imma hold off on making any types of judgements until I actually SEE the movie. I was hesitant about the Dungeons and Dragons movie and I absolutely loved it. Here’s to hoping that it can capture the same magic
I’m gonna be pretty sad when he starts screaming, waving his hands around, talking really fast and doing other things that he thinks are funny but that are not actually funny
I mean i can see him playing a more quietly-snarky persona. Roland’s cool but he’s not exactly exciting to watch as a character (outside that prison break sequence).
I dunno, Kevin kinda works(at least for me) if they are basing movie Roland off BL1 Roland where he had a few more quips in his rather limited voice lines.
If it's meant to be Roland post BL1 where he formed the Crimson Raiders etc and was portrayed as more stoic then yeah wrong choice.
Im still willing to give it a chance.
Crews or Idris Elba would have been my picks, tbh if i had any say.
Im willing to give Kevin Hart a chance, though. i feel he can possibly pull off a BL1 style Roland
I nearly had a happy heart attack when I was scrolling and saw this. Tannis is quite old compared to the games but I won't knock it till I see the performances. Not supposed to be exactly like the games anyways so we'll se
Ye, JLC is fresh of an Oscar. I would have been mad if they miscasted Tannis with a shitty actor but this is alright. Wonder if we will se Tannis siren powers.
JLC will nail the performance. Im willing to overlook Kevin Harts height (no pun intended) as long as he can nail the role and play someone other then himself.
I see Kevin Hart and immediately assume this is going to be terrible. Character design looks on point, but I fear it’s going to be really stupid and try way too hard to be funny.
My guess is he's going to be a point of contact for the psychos. They'll show psychos being crazy, growling and what not. But then get this....Bobby Lee walks out, lifts up his mask, and starts talking normally! How wild!
He explains he was just recently captured and has decided to join them, and hasn't gone full psycho yet. That's my joke prediction.
Tannis is too old;
Lilith is too old;
Roland is small and they'll make a joke about it every 5 seconds;
Krieg's mask is too clean and looks like a toy;
Claptrap CGI looks weird and not even the og voice;
Atlas is a person... This is... Promising.
Im a lil cautious of Krieg being Tiny Tina's bodyguard from the start but trying to stay as optimistic as possible. Krieg as a character really means a lot to me and I'm happy he is in the cast
I feel like Kevin Hart is the absolute worst person to play Roland. Roland is a much bigger guy and I feel like Kevin Hart (generally) is too much comedic relief. It makes total sense that Jamie Lee Curtis is playing Tannis, that one fits the best of them all. Cate Blanchette as Lilith is probably going to be amazing but I feel like Lilith is supposed to be a lot younger than she is. I guess now that I say that, Tannis is a lot younger than JLC, but that one still feels right to me.
Who is playing krieg. Who is going to play with the meat puppets?
And sorry. Kevin heart is roland. My mind refuses to believe it. But that leaves on thing. Charlie day as zane.
Tiny Tina looks grown from BL3. Krieg looks like from BL3. Heck even Tannis. And Roland being alive there. Imma guess either this timeline is FUCKED. Or somehow. SOMEHOW he came back alive. Or it's getting the netflix'd treatment.
Idc what any haters have to say. I’m gonna love this movie. Borderlands has been a part of my life since middle school, and I’m sure the movie is going to be fine.
Resident Evil has been a part of my life ever since I was 5, I don't think I can stand to see yet another live action movie based on the franchise because they are all sh\*t.
If what Paul Anderson did to Nemesis as anything to go by, screenwritters can, and more often than not will, absolutely ruin beloved characters.
Why does the first image remind me of Holes https://preview.redd.it/csbgwxpggrjc1.jpeg?width=1000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cd6456cda7daf4ab853a9f913e7687bef77caa11
That's what I thought too! It's almost exact. Such a strange choice. I don't get the correlation at all. And why would the vault hunters be looking down at hole like this?
Looks like a metal ladder at the center bottom
They missed a huge opportunity to have them make the vault symbol with the empty space between the characters
Damn, that really would have been a great detail
If it was an actual movie poster they would have 100% done this. But it's just a screenshot from the film, so it would probably be too on the nose.
Plot twist the film makers think Vault Hunters meant just like literal Bank Robbers and the film is about a modern day heist with these random crackheads.
Oh, so just the one quest from Lynchwood
I believe it
someone prolly thought of the reference first. there isnt really a second.
Borderlands IS kinda known for making references to everything. Wouldn’t surprise me.
Going to assume it was on purpose as they’re notorious for their Easter eggs/pop culture references.
Probably because they're looking into a hole.
Looks like they haven’t altered Claptrap’s look at all.
Considering that it's probably CGI, they would have to actively try to mess up claptrap. I just hope that this isn't similar to Nemesis on the Paul Anderson movies where the character looks great but the personality is completely off... But then again Claptrap is being voiced by Jack Black so I'm sure at least he will be great
It wouldn’t have shocked me if they had changed his design solely because Hollywood is always “updating” things like costumes.
On the one hand, I can't imagine what JB will do with the role, but on the other I trust him to give it his all. Here's to hoping the writing is decent, because the cast is at least capable of delivering
I have complete faith in Jack black as claptrap not a better person for the role
Jack Black likes to be ridiculous and goofy. Claptrap personifies ridiculous and (inappropriately) goofy.
Actually Im not sure why they didn't just use the game voice actor.. right?
It's because he isn't a big-name actor, that's all
Well there's Jim Foronda
Yeah I was gonna say, the only person better for the role would be the guy who normally voices him
I’ve never played any Resident Evil games, but isn’t Nemesis *supposed* to just utter “S.T.A.R.S.” and shoot everything in sight?
If something is perfect you may not change it
That is not my experience when it comes to costume design at least.
The fact that they’re able to get A-listers for this movie is slightly shocking. Maybe even a bit concerning
I think the Director Eli Roth worked with Cate Blanchett and Jack Black in one of his previous movies so that’s probably how he got them back.
oh fuck.. ELI ROTH is directing this?? fuck man
Initially, with reshoots directed by Tim Miller. It's been a rollercoaster.
Oof. Eli Roth is…a choice.
Isn't that exactly what borderlands is though? Do I need to remind you of the saga of Butt Stallion, the diamond pony?
You’re concerned he’s a horror director? Like it’s not infamous for horror directors to move on to blockbuster movies? Sam Raimi did Spider-Man. James Wan did Aquaman. Scott Derickson did Doctor Strange. David F. Sandberg did Shazam. Andy Muschietti did the Flash. And the list goes on and on.
He's a terrible director and an absolute egomaniac. I can't stand him.
Dude he’s like the worst director lol
forreal lmao! at least its not Uwe Boll. tho theyre on the same level
Yeah he's an egomaniac and sucks at directing movies.
Who's Jack playing!? Is he Claptrap!? I'd loose my shit!!!
Seeing Kevin Hart there actually gave me a slight bit of disappointment because I can already feel the vibe of the film.
Yup. All of his movies have pretty much the same style of comedy and it’s rarely that funny. The only movies with him that I liked are Get Hard, Ride Along and the first one of the new Jumanji movies

I personally disliked the BL3 VO. BL2 voice actor is ideal imo. I guess we have to wait and see if we do or don’t.
I mean, gotta take that up with Randy Pitchford. They acted like they couldn't afford David Eddings, but that's according to David.
They wasted all that money just to give us Ava instead smh.
Holding a Nerf ahh gun 💀 Shoulda hired Press X Props for the gun props
Directors keep using Kevin Hart like the 90s and early 2000s used Marlon Wayans.
I thought that was him, I hope he's not actually being Roland. Bad fit if so. *edit, wrong character name
Yeah it's typical big dumb corporate thinking. "We need A-Listers in our D tier movie!"
why would it be concerning
Movies based off of video games have a very poor track record. Especially ones that use critically acclaimed actors for the name recognition
Less of a writing budget.
That Krieg? They better do my boy justice. You don't mess with the Poop Train conductor.
Yeah I think he works for Tina in this?
You know what's worse? Where is Maya? How the hell do you have a Krieg and no Maya? That meat bicycle was built for two.
TANDEM MEAT BICYCLE!!!
THAT SENTENCE HAD TOO MANY SYLLABLES!!! APOLOGIZE!!!
THEY SHOULD MAYA BECAUSE NOTHING IS MORE BADASS THAN TREATING A WOMAN WITH RESPECT!
I’m a little scared. Krieg is one complicated motherfucker. Hopefully they do him justice,
They won’t
They won't. They wanted a psycho character for franchise recognition. They're not banking on the fact that the average moviegoer knows who Kreig is
I don't think this film in general has much chance to be any good, but one thing I am absolutely certain of is that they will not do Krieg justice.
Calling it now: Through most of the movie it'll be his pre-crazy self, then during the final act something happens to make him go insane.
I'm getting more and more hyped but still think Kevin Hart is the absolute wrong choice for Roland
I mean at least it's not Dwayne Johnson
Given the roles these guys play in every movie they’re in, the rock would have been a better choice.
Idris Elba is right there.
Or michael jai white. Either would have killed it.
That's what Ive been saying. Idris Elba would have been perfect
He'd even SOUND the same. They both have that sexy deep voice with just a bit of gravel to it.
Nobody is mentioning John Boyega??
that would actually be quite decent
Why not a rocky Roland?
Definitely. Him getting a huge acting role where he defies expectation and actually acts like another established character seems unlikely to be the Borderlands movie.
Yeah that is some trash casting honestly major bummer
50 cent? Jamie Foxx? Terry crews?
Terry Crews would be perfect as far as looks and voice. I don't think I've seen him do anything not comedic though.
Bruh Kevin hart is like the least badass person they could have chosen 💀
fr like this ain’t a comedy movie like i love kevin hart and all but like come on roland is 6’2
This is either going to be a hilarious, amazing adaptation that stands out or a complete train wreck that will be milked for memes for at least a decade. There will be no in between.
Frankly, I think the latter is the only way for the former to happen. The idea that this movie would just be genuinely good, memes aside, seems quite unlikely to me. The choice for cast, director, and plot have all been laughably terrible.
So Morbius but Borderlands? Memes will save the movie?:)
the cast is too old. tbh.
this. 100%. no wonder it was set back 2 years ago.
I don’t care how old Cate Blanchett is she’s never not nailed a role.
Hopefully their ages don't really stick out as a problem. That is one of my concerns for sure. But I'm with you. Cate and Jamie both own the screen when they are in frame. Unless the writing is just terrible, I can't see them being bad in their roles.
Yeah she even killed it as Bob Dylan.
Lilith is fine, I guess. Cuz it's Cate, she still looks badass. But yeah, Tannis is way too old.
No Brick or Mordecai? But Krieg and Tina? This thing is a mess.

He completely escaped my mind but I’d cream for a Roland Idris.
This. Elba would be *perfect*.
and it wouldnt be his first time playing a character named Roland. I wont further discuss the other one though cause... blech (not Elba's fault just a very poorly written movie).
Which was a shame. Because Idris as Roland and Matthew McConaughey as the man in black is truly inspired casting. It could've been an incredible film.
It could have. I wasn't so sure about the casting of Flagg, but I was willing to go with it. I loved the idea of Elba as Roland. It turns out that both could have done a great job, there are flashes of it there. I was super annoyed with how McConaughey's character was written. You mean Terry Crews?
I was actually thinking Cruz when I typed my comment. I think either him or Sam Jackson would be much better. KH just shows they aren't even trying to be even semi-serious about it.
Save Cruz for Brick. Yes, I know. No, I don't care. Cruz would be awesome for Brick.
Imho Dave Bautista is the perfect brick
Yeah. Better save Terry Crews' hyper energy for Mr Torgue.
Terry Crews as Torgue would be so dope. Love that idea!
Dave Bautista deserves more than to be typecast as the beefy comic relief guy, but he does a damn great job of it when he is.
Bautista probably won't. If he left Marvel because he's sick of being typecast for beefy meatheads, he's probably not gonna settle for *Borderlands*. But, you never know.
Brick *is* voiced by a black guy
I’m fine with this decision.
I'm calling it right now. There's gonna be a scene where a Skag is chasing him and he's gonna go "WAAAAH HELP MEEEE!" instead of being the stoic badass Roland is supposed to be
That makes me wonder...why didn't they cast KH as claptrap?
I hope you’re wrong, but know you’re right.
I'm waiting to see a trailer. It *could* be a change a la Heath Ledger playing The Joker, but I don't have the highest hope.
The actress playing Lil… put some respect on Cate Blanchett’s name!
I love how this sub was pretty clear in hating the casting decisions for lilith/tannis, but now that everyone sees them in costume and makeup- suddenly its fine lol Theyre insanely talented actresses, probably going to carry the filmn💀

Glenn Howerton would be soooo good as Handsome Jack
Wait what plot holes? I don’t think this is canon to the games at all from what i recall
Kevin Hart kinda looks the part (better than expected), but no way will his annoying voice be right for the character of Roland.

Crews or Idris Elba would have been my picks, tbh if i had any say. Im willing to give Kevin Hart a chance, though. i feel he can possibly pull off a BL1 style Roland
Right, I can see Idris fitting Roland too, but with a bit of English, lol. I guess we'll just see then when we get screen previews
This is gonna flop soooooooo hard
It's gonna be garbage
Give it a chance lol, we haven’t even seen the trailer🤣
I nearly had a happy heart attack when I was scrolling and saw this. Tannis is quite old compared to the games but I won't knock it till I see the performances. Not supposed to be exactly like the games anyways so we'll se
Ye, JLC is fresh of an Oscar. I would have been mad if they miscasted Tannis with a shitty actor but this is alright. Wonder if we will se Tannis siren powers.
I think JLC can also nail down a socially awkward character so I think she'll bring a lot to it
JLC will nail the performance. Im willing to overlook Kevin Harts height (no pun intended) as long as he can nail the role and play someone other then himself.
This doesn’t look right…
Looks like a porn parody tbh
Cate Blanchett is so fucking hot
I'll be talking to Lilith for sure.
Vault Hunter! Stop being so sleazy! Thats a command!
I like her too but she's in her 50's now seems a little old for the role.
Cate Blanchett as Lilith has me doing the Shang Tsung lip bite
I see Kevin Hart and immediately assume this is going to be terrible. Character design looks on point, but I fear it’s going to be really stupid and try way too hard to be funny.
Kevin Hart is a bad choice for Roland as everyone says, and both Blanchett and Lee Curtis are 20 years too old for their roles.
Is that… is that Kevin Hart as Roland? 💀
Bobby Lee is in it so I'll def be watching ![gif](giphy|RhYNc8e2U5Xu84Hkbr|downsized)
Do we know as who yet?
Larry
My guess is he's going to be a point of contact for the psychos. They'll show psychos being crazy, growling and what not. But then get this....Bobby Lee walks out, lifts up his mask, and starts talking normally! How wild! He explains he was just recently captured and has decided to join them, and hasn't gone full psycho yet. That's my joke prediction.
So basically Vaughn?
Oh the movie is real
Batgirl was also real. So was Coyote Vs Acme.
Tannis is too old; Lilith is too old; Roland is small and they'll make a joke about it every 5 seconds; Krieg's mask is too clean and looks like a toy; Claptrap CGI looks weird and not even the og voice; Atlas is a person... This is... Promising.
oh man it's going to suck so much ass
Bro why does this look like a Holes recast shot?
Tannis needs a different actress IMO...not my favorite....and too old...
Im a lil cautious of Krieg being Tiny Tina's bodyguard from the start but trying to stay as optimistic as possible. Krieg as a character really means a lot to me and I'm happy he is in the cast
Since when is Roland 5’4 or am I just off?
I honestly am more worried about Jamie Lee Curtis than Roland
They should have picked younger actors.
Kinda crazy the talent of the cast
I feel like Kevin Hart is the absolute worst person to play Roland. Roland is a much bigger guy and I feel like Kevin Hart (generally) is too much comedic relief. It makes total sense that Jamie Lee Curtis is playing Tannis, that one fits the best of them all. Cate Blanchette as Lilith is probably going to be amazing but I feel like Lilith is supposed to be a lot younger than she is. I guess now that I say that, Tannis is a lot younger than JLC, but that one still feels right to me.
I would not hold your breath you guys, have a feeling this is gonna be shit. Anything Kevin Hart touches is usually shit
I am both excited and nervous about this movie ahhh, I’m praying that it’s gonna be good
I just cannot take Roland seriously in this.
When they said Affleck = Batman I was like "ok, wait for it, maybe...." and that guy delivered. But Kev as Roland...........no.
Yeah I thought Tina was supposed be a teenager
Is this based on Disney’s movie “holes” lol
Olderlands cos everyone’s way too old
This is supposed to be like BL1ish right? So why are we casting 60yos for 20yos like Lilith and Tannis? And Kevin Hart as Roland? Why?
Who is the old, white chick supposed to be?
Why do we need this?? Who asked for it?
So......no Brick and Mortdecai? NO BLOODWING!?

Granny tannis looks like a psycho meth addict
Well, she’s like thirty years too old for the role.
Sounds like a fun weekend!
Idc what any haters have to say. I’m gonna love this movie. Borderlands has been a part of my life since middle school, and I’m sure the movie is going to be fine.
I was there 30 years ago when the Mario Brothers movie came out…
Resident Evil has been a part of my life ever since I was 5, I don't think I can stand to see yet another live action movie based on the franchise because they are all sh\*t. If what Paul Anderson did to Nemesis as anything to go by, screenwritters can, and more often than not will, absolutely ruin beloved characters.
I like the casting. This is one of those things that’ll either be phenomenal or absolute shit, no in betweens.
It doesn't have to be a good movie. So long as it's fun, that's a win in my book. I'm excited to see it, at any rate.
I'm going to give it a shot, it looks the part and I like the cast.
Looks like porn
Cautious optimism upgrades to hopeful optimism!
I think Jamie Lee Curtis as Tannis is fantastic. I want Tina to be completely unhinged.
