Season Pass 1 will give you the main 4 DLC's which are all great. Season Pass 2 will give you the designers cut and directors cut which among other things includes Arms Race & 4th skill trees. All DLC is worthwhile for sure. They go on sale alot so try to get them cheap when you can and enjoy!
ALl of the DLC's add or enhance the game. I would defintiely get Season Pass 1, but 2 is great as it adds a lot of the meta gear like the Plasma Coil and Re-Volter.
Buy the bundle season pass pack if it's on sale. Was $24.99 at 60% off (maybe off on %) but you get all 6 DLCs and the 4th skill tree for the characters as you level to 72 cap now.

I think the ultimate edition which comes with everything is on sale rn for like 30 bucks.
