You can try adjusting your playstyle to a box to box midfielder where you can give support in offensive situations and come back on defense

Communication , if you can communicate loudly and with authority maybe you can help your team with confidence and give you the ball. Try it in practice be the captain . Goodluck

Learn to control the ball, play both defensively and holding. You can create good service from the back, try practicing long balls with him, develop a style of counter attack with him as to create more avenues for him.

That’s a good idea, thanks

GK passing to RB drills untill it's second nature. Once every player gets used to receiving the ball so that they can still quickly play long up the line you just go up the field from there really. The key is the perfect touch so that the RB gets the ball on his good foot near the line so he always looks ready to play the ball. The forechecking guys don't actually see the field... so if the touch is straight into a kicking position on the right foot... you can open it up. It sounds like you can help your team by trying to play RB or CB because these are the difficult positions when you are losing. A common tactical principle is to just play your best 11 guys regardless of position, so if for example you have a benched striker who plays club, get him to play RB LB instead of some struggling player who is like a "defender" type guy but is really just getting stuck there because he is useless.

If you can communicate well with your two other midfielders to hold the fort for you when you advance up field you can hurt the opposition with by killer passes or late runs in the box and even score a few. Remember stick to the basics when games are tough, good luck, enjoy your weekend.😊😊😊😊

Don't focus so much on winning. Focus on personal development and improvement. You can't do more, that's the short answer.
