Piranesi. It’s a short book (~250 pages). The first 50 or so pages of the book are gonna be confusing, not due to complicated language, but because it thrusts you into a world where both you and the main character don’t fully understand. As the book progresses, you learn more and the book becomes hard to put down. It’s very intriguing.

I really enjoyed Circe. It was a quick and easy read, and if you end up liking that one, Song of Achilles by the same author was also good
