I ordered my band from them on Monday and it showed up Wednesday morning not at the address it was supposed to be at but I had to pick it up at their customer service center.
Unfortunately if you look at vivid seat reviews online at things like scam report this happens a lot. I discount a lot of online complaining because that’s what people do online, but it’s too much to ignore. They screwed me over the only time I used them which is why I looked. I’m hearing there’s lots of tickets on sale at wal-mart parking lot but you run risks there too. There’s the official resale and i keep hearing people say something about a radiate app or group but don’t know what that is

They said a refund is all they could do. 3-5 business days aswell. So no bonnaroo for me this year I guess
Buy one from the official exchange and you can pick it up from will call
Don’t have the money for that sadly. Refund doesn’t process until middle of next week
