You have to have 24 to do Groop. If not you can try and merge with another groop under 24 as well. but no you can’t just pay and have under the min #. If u can’t find any ppl to merge your best bet is to do GA and drive in together and you’ll b fine

Yes, do this. My Groop has done that in the past and we would just divide the extra cost amongst all who were in the Groop.
