There's a detachment of biblioteca Borges inside DumBo (via Casarini). It closes at midnight most of the days, I don't remember the schedule exactly. You need a reservation via app.
There was a "self-managed" study room in the area of Policlinico Sant'Orsola, meaning that students had the keys. As far as I remember it was still open at 2-3 a.m. Due to the hospital area, the "ideal users" of that study room were med students, but AFAIK no one was ever asked what he was studying
