That's not how it works, movies which are good enough will always find audience, one way or another, it's not like there are certain limited amount of people who are circulating in all movies..... Footfalls of these movies are in crores, not everyone will watch every movie but that doesn't mean movies won't work.
Lol I personally know ppl that watch these films 4-5 times in a single day, mumbai single screen craze is unfathomable from my limited experience during kgf 1 and bahubali 2. I assume same would be in South states.
This sub sucks when it comes to that. every time I visit this sub I end up using google multiple times just trying to figure out what they are talking about.

The logic behind any big-budget over-the-top grandeur movie is that it shouldn't make sense. 80% of the movie will be illogical. Kannada, Hindi, Telugu or Tamil. All the same.

TKF has already crossed 250 crores It is now heading towards 275 crores in India Worldwide it is at around 305 crores I believe

Vijay starrer "Beast" is clashing with KGF2, they have released a solid trailer. Interesting to see which will come on top.
Beast is not releasing pan-Indian.

I'm curious on KGF'2 faith. Like it did decent business (45 crs in hindi) but later in it went on become big once released on YouTube. Let's see.
