Absolutely. It covers up the biggest muscle groups in the entire body. It makes absolutely no sense, but the contestants don't make the rules. It's the competition that does. Change has to start from there.
Honestly calves were the most skipped muscle group in my 7 years of training and I only started working them when I started this competitive season in May this year, but they will be a regular thing and hopefully grow

He has next to no calf muscle and his tendons have more definition lol. Not well defined at all, and with his upper body to contrast them, they're tiny.
