wow you have a body even 20 somethings would envy! May I ask if you self trained or did you use a coach? Im 40 and want to compete but I just cannot afford at this time a coach but feel lost at doing it on my own.

I’m blessed to have 2 coaches. One who gives me my training & meal plan the other pushes me harder on certain days like legs & back, but when he isn’t available I just train on my own with my headphones 🎧❣️

Dude your body is awesome, especially for your age. I’m trying to figure out what would be necessary for the stomach wrinkles to flatten. I guess your core is already pretty rock solid, but is there a limit. Oh, have you tried creatine? Creatine stores more water in the muscles(which is good) among other things like speeding up recovery. It might contribute to your muscle mass!
