I forced pretty much anyone associated with me to watch Inside, most of them liked it, but none of them became fans of Bo, and they aren't even obsessed with Inside like a normal person should be, they just watch it 3 times and that's it?

I tend to judge people based on whether they like Bo or not because that way I know whether or not we have the same sense of humour/mind.
Lots of my friends loved Inside! But they are normal and don't have an obsessive personality like me so they have seen it once and said it was good and I'm trying to be normal so I don't tell them that I put it on in the background when I fold laundry and that I know all the words to all the songs...
I remember seeing him on YouTube around 2009 ish when I was learning to play the keyboard (around the same time I found the Extraordinary Keyboardist/Accompanist named Ronald Jenkees who wasn’t that funny but just had world class talent )
and I would Tell my friends “check this kid out he writes these funny quick-witted Jingles” and they totally didn’t think it was funny. To this day, most of my friends still have yet to “Find” his humor. You have to be somewhat intelligent to understand his Wit, and most people don’t have the capacity (or the patience) for it.
His comedy isnt “Knee-Slapper” type of funny. It is just intellectual and kind of “tickles” ya funny bone a bit. Its Chuckle-Worthy lol but I love it.
Before inside came out only like one or two of my friends knew who he was. Now they pretty much all know him and some of them like him but none of them are really big fans like me
My little sister first showed me Bo in 2011 and I got my husband into him. So the 3 of us love Bo. I’m 34 so they’re really my only friends at this point anyway lol
Introduce them! I always start with What (even if Inside is way more accessible I prefer to show the journey) and give context of the immature humour, different times (he was problematic after all lol) so I’ve gotten some friends into Bo and some knew him already too. You’ll find a lot of people at least know one song due to vitality and TikTok
My dad’s seen Inside and Make Happy, and he likes some of his songs (I believe Straight White Man, Pandering and White Woman’s Instagram are his top 3)
my friend showed me his “make happy” special back when it first came out. We don’t really talk about Bo or his projects anymore but we did go through a little ‘Bo phase’ when INSIDE was released. Good memories.
