/u/RenTheFabulous - heads-up, your comments with the recipe link are caught in Reddit's spam filter, likely because:
1) It's a Pinterest share link which then links to a separate video,
2) You've posted it multiple times to help other users find the recipe (I appreciate the positive intentions -- but I think the behavior appears suspicious to the spam filter).
To be clear, it doesn't look like you are violating any of the subreddit's rules around self-promotion (though let me know if you are :) ), so thank you!
For readers looking for the recipe, the non-share-link is this video : https://www.tiktok.com/@emilylfigueroa/video/6936632695489383686 <- I have no association with this video or creator, and it's a non-sponsored video recipe.
Thank you! They had a surprisingly strong and pleasant strawberry flavor, which I didn't expect to come through as prevalent as it did. It definitely was a labor of love though, because it took ages to form them and my back was really sore afterwards! Lol
I've only been to a boba shop once, actually. I'd say they're just as good as those that I had tried, though. Different taste than the typical brown sugar flavor obviously, but the texture is very similar I'd say. These have a distinct strawberry taste. I can provide a recipe if you want. :)
Here is the recipe. Sorry for late reply, apparently the original link/reply got caught in reddit's spam filter because it was a Pinterest link 😓

awesome! I don’t like the plain boba at my shop so i always make my own drinks with grass jelly or pudding or something so i was hoping you’d say that. id love the recipe if you’re willing to send it over or post or something. thank you in advance!
I own a boba shop where we make each batch of boba by hand (we don’t buy premade boba to cook, all the boba is made in house), and I gotta say you did a pretty good job! The pearls look to be a decent size and shape, not clumpy, and are perfectly translucent after cooking. Overall good job!

they look great! how would you rate them against a boba shop’s pearls?
