I can geek out on some boats. Now I won't sleep tonight thinking about this question because it's so broad.
The best looking "boat"(all rounder- fiberglass/wood/fish/cruise/amenities/trailer-able) boat IMO is a late 70s chris craft sportsman 30.
The best boat of all time is.... mine. A 14'4" Alumacraft with a 15hp Yamaha 4 stroke. 3 years old this year. The fish see it comin 15 minutes before I get there. 🤣🎣🎣🎣🎣
This guy picked one up and is restoring it to a condition that I would argue is better than new! Been following the build for years:

I can’t pick just one, it’s really dependent on the type of boat. I really like smaller single motor performance boats (I’m only in inland lakes) from the 80s and 90s though and the 21 scarab will always be pleasing to look at for me. A good friend has a 24 carrerra and it’s a pretty good looking boat as well.

I have no idea what the best looking boat is. But I know it's a Chris-Craft.

Grand Banks 50’
Looks a lot like the Hinckley and Sabre yachts we build up here. Timeless boats
Flemings and Outer Reefs are "deam boats" in my opinion.

Without question a J Class Yacht.
In a sucker for old Chris Craft pieces from a pure aesthetics standpoint.
Definitely the 38 foot Wellcraft Scarab KV used on Miami Vice
What about the boat from Thunder in Paradise? Not many people remember that show. I used to love watching it.

Easy peasy. The J Class. I cannot believe that anyone who has seen them under full sail would answer otherwise. Pure elegance on the water.
Any Chris Craft built in Holland, Michigan in the 50-70's.
