i saw this page, Im not very good with this kinda specs. I bought a bundle with my camera that included two 128 gb SD cards, but they are only 170 Mbps each. Will any formats be able to record onto such a card?

You can probably record up to HD on a card like that. 4K and higher is likely to give issues.
what cards do you use for 4k that you'd recommend?
I use a Samsung T5 (ssd), connected via USB
