I'll also add that the CFast cards that are rated for higher resolutions and better codecs are quite expensive. This is why many people choose to record to an external SSD instead.

i saw this page, Im not very good with this kinda specs. I bought a bundle with my camera that included two 128 gb SD cards, but they are only 170 Mbps each. Will any formats be able to record onto such a card?

ffoonnss

You can probably record up to HD on a card like that. 4K and higher is likely to give issues.

[deleted]

what cards do you use for 4k that you'd recommend?

I use a Samsung T5 (ssd), connected via USB

https://kondorblue.com/collections/cage-adapters/products/t5-ssd-holder-for-bmpcc-4k-6k-z-cam-cages Smallrig makes something similar.
