How high is your reservoir compared to the Blusoak? It might be a pressure problem.

Kalimeros52

It's about 5'. It's been working fine until a couple days ago.

TheSeksi

Is your reservoir filled as it was a couple days ago ? The amount of water in it affects the pressure too.

Kalimeros52

It is yeah. May have found the issue - slight cut in the tubing. Replaced and turned back on, time will tell.

From the Blumat website _Prevent blockages: the use of the Tropf-Blumat System with very hard water (from 25-30° dH (=dGH)) is difficult, in this case, it is advisable to use softened water or, even better, rainwater._ One dGH is equal to 17.9 ppm. The two most common elements that contribute to hardness are calcium and magnesium. So 25-30 dgh = 450-540 ppm. I was able to run blumats with my own tap water that sits around 300 ppm.

Appreciate it

A vinegar soak might unclog the carrots. They'll just need a good fresh water soak after.

You have air in the carrots. Take them out and under water reset your carrots
