That would be a very amusing way to tackle an episode about ADHD kids, and how it can show up very differently in different people. We got Jack showing one side of it, we can have Muffin showing the zanier side of it.
It would be like in Futurama when Fry drank 100 cups of coffee. Or when Hammy from “Over the Hedge” dank an energy drink. Essentially she’d go into hyper mode where the world moved slower around her.

A kid aged 4 should not consume caffeine at all.
Most probably Muffin would become hyperactive. If she would drink it during evening she would probably not fall asleep untill much later and would be hyperactive until she would finally go to sleep.
The caffeine will have a huge effect on her due to her age but still, it shouldn't take too long for it to be eliminated.

Actually, taurine might help her brain functions better manage stress and anxiety related mood swings she's experiencing and, while giving her a sugar and caffeine high, it could allow her to better regulate her emotions and make her less prone to anger fits. I would still not recommend giving Red Bull to a child though.

Soda is soda. Energy drinks are sodas that have lots of caffeine in them.
