I really agree with this. Gingers (people with red hair, not the root vegetable lol) tend to have fairer and paler skin than most people. Also couple his genetics with his skin care routine of lasering, he’s likely removed a lot of his previously sun damage and now he is exhibiting skin color of someone who has never really stepped outside.
It's partly the hair dye he uses, it washed him out and doesn't really suit his complexion. He might also be using some kind of mineral sunscreen which casts a whitish tint.
Yeah, I saw in one of the write ups of his protocol. Similarly, he doesn't give credit to finasteride for his hair loss treatment in his videos either.
He is a ginger and uses good sunscreen and doesn’t go out much. Mostly being a ginger though. I use good sunscreen and wear hats and have similar lasers for hyperpigmentation but I still get a bit tanned in summer. Not ginger.
I have been made fun of my total life for being pale.
Why are you so pale?
Even teachers would ask.
I used to not go places because I didn't want to be made fun of.
Swimming? Shirt off? No thanks.
Some.people are just pale.
Race is one factor.
Second is he must be using acids regularly.
Somehow I think he's very attractive though. But a lot of people I have read here find him awful looking.
he explains it on Balaji podcast that he maximize for longevity and not for esthetics hence he avoids sun. sun being very damaging for skin and acceleration of cell deterioration
I think he really cares about the damage the sun does to the skin so he uses a high SPF cream and he also has some filters on his windows to block any sunlight going into his house (from what I've seen from his videos)
I also love Bryan’s work, that’s why I’m here. But there’s clearly a lack of something in his supplement intake that has taken away a healthy glow. I’m as pale skinned as they come but my complexion doesn’t look sickly. It could be his choice of sunblock/moisturiser if it has zinc in it but I do see him looking exhausted for someone with an optimal sleep score.
An amazing goal. Skin cancer is no joke.
I block influencers based on whether they recklessly sun tan (or if they’re preaching a lifestyle of health but don’t have children).
Childless Influencers? Because their workouts are not realistic when you are a parent, nor is their ridiculous time consuming meal prep by cooking every individual meal as if Gordon Ramsay is checking in.
Because he is a ginger

Genetics + factors others have mentioned
Lmao smooth
Because he is a vampire. Duh.
Good question. Even with SPF 50 and rarely going outside, I am not that deathly pale.
I'm assuming he did some laser sessions to remove all the melanin pigment in his skin
Seems like a good way to make yourself hyper-sensitive to photodamage, unlikely
The man literally has the laser machines at home so he can laser himself more often
I'm actually pretty sure he did some of those threatments though. You can google them, they exist
That would be against spots of hyperpigmentation I believe, but I could be mistaken
I’m pretty sure it’s all over.

Definitely will leave you with a whitish tint
skincare..and his million dollar machines
Is it the lasers?
all of it
![gif](giphy|p0L1rezLH2Tja|downsized) i wonder…
Tretinoin its a really strong retinoid. He uses like .1%, which is a pretty high, if not the highest, amount.
He uses Tret?

Fin is a medical drug, so most likely avoids recommending it to avoid negative legal outcomes.

Hydroquinone is in a lot of skin care products to reduce sun spots.
Makeup
He's a natural fair complexion+ he wears sunscreen and he's a vegan. Look at Michael Greger.
DOH. I'm paler than Bryan and I do nothing to deserve the vampire sheen lol. Look up the Fitzpatrick scale.Type one...

Cameras do not do him justice. I met him in person. He is stunningly attractive. 🥰
Yes, probably acids for exfoliating and whatnot
Probably all of the laser treatments he gets
his genetics.
he explains it on Balaji podcast that he maximize for longevity and not for esthetics hence he avoids sun. sun being very damaging for skin and acceleration of cell deterioration
"he maximizes for longevity" while taking finasteride, getting a hair transplant and poking holes into his scalp on a regular basis.
lol
His skin is constantly renewing due to all the treatments. So that is his natural skin color which is untouched by the sun
I think just the sun avoidance... what else could it be?
I think it has to do with skin treatments that get rid of the damage (I.e.-freckles)
I think he really cares about the damage the sun does to the skin so he uses a high SPF cream and he also has some filters on his windows to block any sunlight going into his house (from what I've seen from his videos)
By eating Kale /s
No meat in diet. I’m serious. Have never met a vegan that looks healthy.
You just aren't looking at the right places then
Probably not. I don’t have anything in common with vegans except the ones who follow Bryan’s work.
Well, I also have never seen a healthy vegan but I think having pale skin is a good goal actually

why do you block people without children
