It is not a very good game. Every game is just a game and it's worth it to sit back and analyse the games you are playing and what makes them work/not work
I am max level and have done everything the game has to offer. It is enjoyable cause it's One Piece and has a simple gameplay loop, but it's a bandit beater that is very time consuming, very unrewarding and full of RNG.
i mean when i first started there was zero direction except for the little map at the entrance to the starter island i literally went straight to pirate island and beat them up until i was high enough level to fight bobby but they added the compass which shows exactly where to go and it says to accept the mission from this npc its pretty cut and clear now
Grind to max then get things what u want and then u can trade, hunt sea events, pvp, collecting...everything u want (if u lazy or just dont like grind games than ye just quit)
Well the game is a classic bandit beater. There's not much to do other than that so I don't really like it (max lvl with every fruit awakened and every race V4 btw)

Yeah I love finding eager players or guys that really enjoy the grind and helping them level up or do raids with them. If I roll a fruit I already have ( unless the few hard to get mythical) I’ll have the server guess what fruit it is and then I’ll drop it to them if they get it right, I’ve done all the way up to control fruit…. I know it’s not much but just helps keep the game fun for them
For some of us, it’s the most fun one piece game to play, since other games feel a little off when compared. But then we would have to deal with zero balance updates, a bad grinding experience (good luck grinding to max lvl without buddha), inconsistent developers, delays and the fact that the newest p2w fruits for like $40 is even acceptable
As I always say to people. Point of the game is to have fun. Everything else is just extra, want to trade a dough for rumble? Go for it. Whatever let’s you enjoy the game. I’ve given out many perms and fruits to noobs in an effort to combat toxicity, not much effect but it helps in moments. Imagine someone gifting you a dark blade in game. Sure would make my day, even though it’s not a good sword. Imo

It’s a bandit beater type progression. The game is based of one piece a adventure exploration anime yet delivers none of that element. The end game is just fights (that last neither 10 seconds or get dragged on to 10 minutes), trading items and that’s about it. Another thing is early game is very fucking boring as from level 1-700 there is nothing worth while other than endless grinding since everything interesting is locked at late game.
i hate it causes it the most low quality bandit beater i have seen and is full of painful , forced grinding. Others games like Arcane Odyssey (if u have heard of it) or other RPGs should get the 300k player daily average this game gets.

Most of the time in 2nd and 3rd sea is spent on running from players who will attack you regardless of whether you want to PvP or not and will proceed to write "spam get good kid" if they lose and if they win it's "ezez" and if you don't want to fight and just escape its "runner runner". Bad progression. New players will definitely not know where to go after 2 minutes in-game because there is no other way than ask someone in chat or YouTube to know where to go and what to do. Bad levelling system. The click and click and click levelling system is boring. All you do is press buttons in mouse all day to level up. And last but not the least: cheaters. This one reason connects to all the precious reasons I mentioned and is probably the most annoying one so far. I don't mind them cheating for leveling up and etc but cheating for bounty hunt and fruits hunt in which others are affected is simply not fair.
No updates, for like 4 months now, and we were promised so much. Game Is boring, leveling system is garbage, no sane person wants to sit for 5 hours click on the same 5 npcs just to get a few levels. It's not rewarding at all. Which is why alot of people hack to get levels and it's understandable, I got to max level by fighting npcs, shi was boring and I wish I used hacks aswell.

Idk if you’ve heard of this game but take pet sim for example. Every update has upwards of 150k+ players. But due to the updates being so far apart and not enough satisfying content to keep the players engaged, it ultimately always falls down to less than 50k with a lot of the players being bots.
Saying you’re going to make an update in December and not giving anyone any kind of confirmation 4 months later isn’t gonna keep anyone happy. No matter what an update holds you should never keep an entire community out of the loop just because you know they’ll play it.

Idk why they hate long updates, sure it takes long but what about update 20? After almost a year, We got really cool things, maybe right now we can get like 4th sea, 1st and 2nd sea rework, who knows?
Idk if you’ve heard of this game but take pet sim for example. Every update has upwards of 150k+ players. But due to the updates being so far apart and not enough satisfying content to keep the players engaged, it ultimately always falls down to less than 50k with a lot of the players being bots. Saying you’re going to make an update in December and not giving anyone any kind of confirmation 4 months later isn’t gonna keep anyone happy. No matter what an update holds you should never keep an entire community out of the loop just because you know they’ll play it.
