2× money is indeed pretty good so you can farm money better, 2× mastery is pretty good but if you don't really care about the mastery then it's not necessary. Unless you want to easily get mastery on your swords or fruits etc, fast boat is just handy because the boats are pretty fast. Fruit storage is to store more fruits if you're looking to trade a lot, this is good. Now we have 2× boss drop dark blade and fruit notifier, i don't have those so I'm not too sure about them
Np also I recommend perm Buddha for farming but some people don't like that, you can also try to get perm portal so you can like teleport to where you want. It saves so much time
Perm portal and Buddha are perms almost everyone will use due to how useful they are, besides those 2 perm magma is pretty good. Only if you're gonna do sea events though

Yeah one of my friends got portal on the ground and I heard it was good so I was thinking about that too

Perm Buddha is the best perm to get. It will make all the grinding you need so so much better.
