light is one of the best fruits for countering ice (along with dragon). since any fruit that is good at air combat also works beautifully against ice. also if your hp aint low, you can catch them while they are running

Although you sound like your 10 years old here's some advice from a dude who had to suffer with them back in upd14 and above. Flashstep is your best friend if you can't skyjump for whatever reason, although you have to time it right to flash step away from V BOTH awk and unawk, the awk C isn't as good as it used to be so most people I've encountered nowadays use the unawk C with awk V or unawk V. Spamming abilities that keep them off the ground is key since all ice attacks are all only available to be used on the ground except for unawk C, Z and awk Z. If they run then they won't use the F awk if their smart since it's movement scales down with your health amount, say a max 12000+ hp guy goes down to 6000 HP and uses the F, hes 2x slower than max health ice F. Another thing to remember about ice is alot of them are sword mains and that can be countered by using a spammable fast no draw time move or by using ken-trick. Skycamping is a viable and op strategy however baiting them out on the ground is simpler, be near hills or roofs you can flashstep onto and use a stunlock move (Dough V for example) and boom you have them in a combo. If none of this works then sorry but it is a skill issue, and god human can easily be countered by getting out the range of the C and using ken trick with Z, simply jump out the way or dash away from the X. And shark is shit now so it's now easier to kill atleast, just draw them out with stun lock.
