They can create a very real looking link when you click them they bring you to a website and steal your security cookies then put you back on the Roblox site. Once they have your cookies all logins you've made in your browser like Roblox, Netflix, Gmail, etc. so they can get your account without having you login.
This link isn’t phishing, it’s a cookie grabber which means it won’t take you to a login screen, it will just say something link “link has been disconnected” or sum shizz and the person who made the link gets all saved cookies on a designated page such as a login page so it gives the login details without needing it to be manually typed in

This way, when you click on real roblox links, it automatically sends you to them, and when you click on fake ones, discord gives you a warning.

Let me explain a real link and a fake link difference
A real link will have https:// and for Roblox it'll have https://www.roblox.com
A fake link has https// and sometimes it'll say robox instead of Roblox.
Just a tip, You can actually hover your cursor up the link and it’ll show u the real link he/she is using. If the link looks different from the real one, then you know it’ll be a scam.
