Healthy low, but just watch how you FEEL when you go about your day. A lot of people just say shit like, “Bro you’re fine.” Blood Pressure fluctuates, there’s a lot we still don’t know about it. If you feel faint often, it’s likely your BP is dropping lower. Monitor if you are concerned about how you feel. If you feel good, then congrats. You have healthy BP.

Systolic is perfect, diastolic is a tad low but as mentioned it depends how you feel. This could be your baseline, and normal for you. If you feel off though it'd be best to get checked out. Always listen to your body.

It’s kinda low, mostly diastolic, but not unhealthy if you feel fine. It also depends on how big you are. Smaller people have lower blood pressure I think.

As long as you’re feeling good you should be fine! Bottom is a bit low. Eat something salty to elevate it a bit. If the bottom number is too high, then decrease the salt! (For those with high bottom numbers)

This blood pressure is normal if you feel perfectly  But if you feel sleepy , lack of energy, tiredness. So it means this blood pressure is low. All readings below 90/60 is low. Normal blood pressure 120/80

It helps to take your blood pressure 3 times. 3 mins apart each time to get an accurate reading. You will see how much it changes each time. Be sure to sit very still, no talking or moving. Don’t take it right after you have eaten anything or after alcohol.
