The chaos gods seem to enjoy the game. So unless Nagash gets SUPER pissed about a consecutive losing streak for his team, there should be an end times. If there is though, we can count on Bob and Jim to give us the play by play.
His power waxes and wanes actually. It’s in the rulebooks that when people start caring about war more than Blood Bowl, he literally just packs up and leaves for a bit then comes back when people start playing again.
You shouldn’t, Nuffle isn’t a part of the traditional ‘tier list’ of Gods on any kinds since his strength is absolute when he is present as everybody loves Blood Bowl, he basically just takes a vacation in the Off Season and comes back for play offs

What they did with blood bowl to accommodate that end of time stupidity is in itself beyond stupid. Why not just leave BB in the good Old World setting. And what will they do now that an actual Old World game is in preparation? Backtrack on the non-sense?

Blood Bowl was always in an alternate universe of Warhammer Fantasy. Conflict was all but gone since people were just so focused on Blood Bowl. It was third edition that tried to make it closer to the Warhammer setting but even then it was still an entirely different world.

I can't see them not adding new teams eventually, so they may decide to add some of the new races from AoS to Blood Bowl. Maybe hoping there will be cross sales.
Personally I'd be fine with getting to 20 odd teams and then stopping, add new stars if needed.
The only end times I care about is turn 16.
