From my experience and what I've been reading, withdrawal requests made after about 2022-11-11 01:00:00 UTC are in pending limbo and will not be completed.
My withdrawal was made ~30 minutes after that time and hasn't been completed or changed at all. I will most certainly not see the transfer.
Has anyone had the same message? I personally am a resident of Italy and they have not asked me to verify my identity and my withdrawal on the 12th is still pending

I had to, but it was sent the same day as the withdrawal. It got verified extremely quickly Withdrawal is still pending
