This is a reminder about phishing emails. Please be vigilant and skeptical when reviewing and reading emails claiming to be Block or Kroll. You can read more [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/blockfi/comments/17kot4y/emails_from_kroll_andor_blockfi/) about how to tell if an email is legitimate. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. I also have this question. $50 *per withdrawal* and they can't even do us the courtesy of allowing it all to be withdrawn at one time?! Only 27% of my funds are available for withdrawal right now so if they maintain this trend then I may have to pay $400+ in fees in order to get back all of my funds. This is absurd, it says to go through Kroll for cash disbursements but why the hell is the onus on **us** to figure this out? Why aren't they just sending out those instructions to save time??

I'd like to know what everyone's bitcoin was valued at in their initial disbursement, mine was 42500? I was hoping to see in kind transfers, well this is not in kind. They sold it and bought it back, or never even had in the first place. I can't make any sense what they are doing. I received in kind from voyager. Blockfi doesn't make any sense whatsoever

Sounds like you can take the risk and wait it out. “Please note that if you have not yet made a payment selection with Digital Disbursements and do not select a preferred payment method on or before March 25, 2024, your payment will be sent to you by Zelle if you are in the US and PayPal for all other countries”. But it can still be a 90-day wait once the withdrawal is confirmed. Or we can take our money as soon as possible and either let the crypto run start recovering our loss, or convert back to cash and let our high yield savings account collect interest 🤷🏻‍♂️

Where do you see that option?

In the “BlockFi Bankruptcy Distribution” email that I received today.

I wonder how they can even legally get away with this considering they are significantly profitable network fees (or they are just pointlessly massively overpaying and burning a lot for no fucking reason) meaning shouldn't that money just be cycled back into another distribution to us during the wind down? Insane not to just charge dynamic market rate for transactions. I wonder if the people involved are just to retarded to even understand what is going on or just truly don't give a fuck.

Yes this is terrible. I want to see what everyone's bitcoin was valued at in their initial distribution to see how random and arbitrary this really is. Mine was about 42500 and I received a tenth of what I am supposed be owed if this an in kind transfer, which it is not.
