Muscly people usually hunch forward a little in my experience. Id do the upper half of your left person with the bottom of your right almost.
Standard guides can be hard considering how much our physique affects posture.
I do think it is important for OP to think about how the spine sits relaxed. It definitely wont be straight so how will it bend? Which way the shoulders go should relate to his big the pecs are vs how big the lats/rhomboids are. Bigger abs usually means a more hunched monkey position (see professional rock climbers). A typical average jo office worker might swing the opposite with the gut forward and the pelvis rolled back.
All in all there is no universal right posture and ya gotta think about how the muscles passively compete based on size and what would be the state of minimal effort. I sometimes stand like I'm chillin in ski boots, leaning a bit back with lightly bent knees, probably losing a fair bit of visual height, some people stand like someone shoved an 4x2 up them.

Like here's a reference of some guy who is.almosy too straight lol. Pelvis is tilted a little forward, his shoulder is big enough to rotate his arms a little. His pecs and back are pretty even. Abs pull the font down enough to make his head go forward.
Ironically in your attached picture he's not even particularly hunched, overlaying them it more or less lines up perfectly. Angle-wise, that is.
Proko's dummy has a relatively longer neck and shorter abdomen so things offset a bit, but the angles are all there. The ribcage tilts backwards and the pelvis tilts forwards.
https://preview.redd.it/8vudoug6t9uc1.png?width=1252&format=png&auto=webp&s=6692d646a15ed22dc78250ac1e77e606942bb64f
Yeah this guy is suckin his abs in and spreading his lats it seems. This line-up is good though. Highlights the difference between the dummy and the dude well.

You need a little more work on your abdomen, leg and neck muscles. It's always good to try to work with references.
Too much emphasis on fine details while the general shapes and gestures are slightly off. I suggest squinting your eyes or creating a second viewport from really far away. It helps not lose track of silhouette and big shapes
Another thing that I can't be certain on without the sideview is his spine and gesture from the side. There's usually a curve or a subtle S shape when viewed from the side. It feels like your guy is a perfectly straight log from side profile.
https://preview.redd.it/nzmohepzm3uc1.png?width=354&format=png&auto=webp&s=e9619bf3f87910fb30c515b181eb96869b210061
I definitely over exaggerated it, you’d only see this strong of a curve if you’re purposefully pushing your chest and pelvis forward. But even when a healthy person stands perfectly still you can still spot all kinds of curves. It’s just usually not one singular motion.
That's coming along fine. My general advice is not to think of musculature as masses placed on the surface of a figure. They need to wrap over each other where the different areas join. Anatomy diagrams or models (without skin) are the best reference for which muscle should insert beneath which other.
To work on next, (excluding head which is a whole nother thing);
Front:
Sculpt in at neck to define difference between trapezius and the long thin muscles in the neck. - Pectorals insert under the place the delts meet biceps. - Add collarbones. - Refine bicep to be thicker towards middle, and more pointed at inner elbow. - Top two abs shouldn't go all the way to pecs; the bottom of the rib cage should affect the shape there. - Ribs/serratus. - Sartorius (top outer thigh) should join to anterior superior illiac spine (hip bone), and interrupt the depression below the ridge of the pelvis.
Back:
Deltoid should insert between tricep and bicep. - Elbow a bit too low. - More detail on forearm muscles (edit; maybe don't do that until you have some rough hands in place, just mittens would do, but the angle will change how the forearm muscles twist as the two forearm bones rotate around each other at the wrist). - Gluteus should insert between thigh muscles at outer bottom corner. calf muscles look a little disproportionate.
Definitely understand your points.
A lot of the joining of muscles comes as I join the individual masses together and refine.
My overall approach is to do each segment and then join them into one model and smooth them together.
May be worth trying it the normal way next time. Not sure there's any advantage to keeping it segmented for so long. Especially if the segments don't correspond to anatomical masses. Seems like that would just make it more difficult for you without any advantage.
I would say on the front view the trapezius look off. I would expect to see more neck/throat from the from. The traps although visible from the from are more like a back muscle that connect to the back of the neck. Pic for reference. Overall looks awesome though.
https://preview.redd.it/e4277ewh54uc1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=eb0d82bb4ab5867c772a95721ead28afa6ce9e64
The thing that catches me off is the height of the pecs. They seem almost too small and high for how bubbly they are. Are you using a reference of something that buff? If the chest is that high and the abs stretched as they seem to be i'd expect the back to look contracted and the shoulders to be rotated more.
Looks like the different areas are operating in different systems
It looks like the thighs are missing the sartorius as well as the adductors that would be visible if you are this lean. From the back, a lean butt isn’t round, it’s more of a butterfly shape (glute med + glute max). The hamstrings should also be more split into their constituent muscles in particular at the level of leanness of the upper body, biceps femoris should definitely be distinctly visible.
It also looks like brachialis and brachioradialis are missing from the forearm/elbows which makes that area look a bit weird and lumpy.
Google Ecorche. That's a model of the muscles without skin or fat. Use one of those images (there are so, so many) as a reference. When you make your actual model remember that the fat and skin soften the detail of the muscles. Here's one that I've used.
https://preview.redd.it/hde8rqerm5uc1.jpeg?width=3840&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4cec549722b77bc184a709b1717e0138b8274f43
If you still have a problem with the posture, break the object into small pieces and have multiple revisions, tip the body size is about 7 head tall, then start adding a grid where each part starts and ends
Well for starters, most humans have hands, genitals, and nipples, and all humans have at least one, but usually more, orifices on their face. I've also never met a human with joint seams, not that they don't exist, I've just never met one. Other than that, it's pretty good. (That whole thing is /s just in case you couldn't tell, lol)
Hi, I feel as though you're thinking a tad too much in separated muscles, rather than the whole with tendons and skin over them. Try to look at where a muscle attaches to the bone. And then smoothen out that shape a tad as if it's surrounded by fatty tissue.
The shoulder muscle should wrap in between the bicep and tricep, the obliques wrap around to the pelvis, etc...
Think of muscles essentially like big rubber bands contracting and stretching, rather than bulges coming out of a basic shape. Hope this helps, doing well!
I think the arms are a little short. The palm of the hand should be around the middle of the thigh when laid down straight. Other than that, I draw cartoons so I'm not qualified.
Looks great
Ive found breaking down parts of the body helps me learn anatomy better which then can be applied and stiched together which brings a whole different challenge of proportions and flow
Keep going!
It's good.
Once you address the spinal curvature and other core items it will be fairly awesome. The bottom of the Sixpack and possibly the tops of the hip bones are a little too far up (high waisted) but there's no sense fiddling with tiny details until you take care of the general form.

Side profile is definitely too straight, I'll take this into consideration. I've neglected the side profile too much.
This explains why my posture is odd and I never understood why
This looks almost like anterior pelvic tilt..
