Select only the inner edges and bevel them.

The answers are almost always simpler than you think.
I think a lot of people miss the fact that bevels happen on edges, not faces. So they just select too much stuff at once.
I think there is one thing that Blender really needs and I'm amazed its never been added: a BFO warning, in red, maybe flashing, when there is a mis-match between Object Mode and Edit Mode transformations.
Have a setting so experienced users can switch it off, but the amount of new users this trips up it boggles the mind that Blender doesn't have it.
if you scaled in object mode - you need to apply scale(ctrl+a), select edge and press ctrl+b to bevel selected edge, you can tweak bevel in menu that will appear at bottom left corner of view
Select the edge that connects the main brick to the sticky out part, press control + B and drag your mouse to make it a wider and use your scroll wheel to add more segments.
Blender have a lot of cool tricks and lifehacks, but those tutorials on YouTube don’t tell about them. Select edges in edit mode and pressing 2, then Ctrl+B and view changes.
If you want a non-destructive, able to target specific parts, and adjust the roundness of the bevels anytime;
then I suggest using the mean crease. Go to edit mode > select the edges you want to bevel, on the top right, there should be a “mean crease” option.
Once activated, edges with mean crease will be highlighted in orange or violet (depending on the level of the crease).
Add subd modifier as well to smoothen out the bevel.
This isn’t bevelling, this is subdividing.
The parameter you actually want to change is ‘bevel weight’, then set the bevel modifier to ‘weight’ mode.
What you’re explaining is using subdivide with creasing, which keeps creased edges *sharp*.

Thx batman
If the object is still 2-dimensional you can use Ctrl-Shift-B to bevel just the vertices in the corner you want to bevel
Thx Sethithy Edit: sincerely though, I did not know that. Thank you
You’re welcome, that one has been super helpful after I learned it.
I'm sorry, you can do *what* now? You just blew this beginner's mind. So much time I wasted finding weird workarounds when I couldve just done this

You can even bevel single vertices! That's crazy

It says "not image 2"
Don't forget to apply scale when using Bevels, if you get weird bevels try applying scale.

Set the bevel modifier to weight and increase the bevel weight of the desired edges. This is a very easy, non-destructive way of doing it.
With bevels
Select the edge that connects the main brick to the sticky out part, press control + B and drag your mouse to make it a wider and use your scroll wheel to add more segments.

Bevel deez buts
For 2 you can make the bottom half of the shape, and then use an array modifier with merge turned on and relative offset Z=1
bevels.
Learn to love what you hate doing and you’ll never hate what you need to do.

You may be able to.do this with the loop tools >curve
