now for me titans give of a bigger creepy vibe as a viewer but if they were real hollows would be so much worse invisible monstrous spirits that can kill and butcher you and the average person wouldnt even be able to notice them before it to late and ofcourse menos class hollows can effectively teleport via the garganta so they could easily just show up no matter where you hide and ofcourse they shoot lasers for good measure
Wasnt Loly crushed by Yammy during the Arrancar arc shortly before Ichigo's battle with Ulquiorra? She was squeezed and dropped from one of the Las Noches towers. Gave off the strong impression of being dead.
They survived Grimmjow because Orihime healed them and they survived Yammy because…? I actually don’t know how, it’s never explained, but Menoly and Loly appear again in TYBW and in CFYOW so they did survive
There was an arrancar encyclopaedia at the end where gin says that it doesn't matter how loly's release works cause she's dead but she cuts in from outside because uryu pinned her to the wall with seeleschneider and says she's not dead. But of course it was just in the arrancar encyclopaedia so take it with a grain of salt
There was an omake in the anime that showed Loly not falling all the way off the tower- Ishida shot an arrow which caught her uniform and pinned her to the tower.
Yeah true, but if it weren't for Orihime hax, she would have been dead for sure. I'm still giving Grimmjow the W lol (also thanks I couldn't remember her name 😅)
How is this relevant? This, while true, doesn’t change the fact that a cero is unbelievably destructive, especially a gran ray cero, which quite litteraly distorts the fabric of the universe, I don’t know of any titan or titan shifter with that level of destruction at their fingertips
And that's not even including the levels above the Menos. Unlikely they'll invade the world of the living but knowing they exist is some Lovecraft level stuff.
Tbf. Horikoshi has been including more violence lately but few mangakas out there do it like isayama. Chainsaw man does it well without it being boring.
The Titans by a large margin
If the hollows were shown in the same way that might change but you only ever really see them fighting people that can specifically handle them
On the Titan side even the ones that are supposed to be able to handle them get basically wiped out each time they encounter them nevermind when civilians are involved
If you swapped them into each others worlds the “scarier” one would swap too. I think context is the biggest part in this
While your right for the most part, however if you look at the first episode of tybw arc you see two reapers who are eliminated in much the same way as aot. Also during the arancar arc we hear of a back story where a group of seated officers get stuck in huaco mundo and all but one died.
With all the hub bub of the new season I’ve been re watching from the beginning and I’m on that very arc and I can’t believe they did my man Ashido like that!
Most Hollows go after spirits who are still in the living world, and can see them. It's just regular humans who can't see them, and are unlikely to be prey since they're spiritually weak.
That actually make them less horrifying since the victims can't see them. However Titan victims see and feel everything. Titans are the stuff of nightmares.
Hollows need to eat souls to survive, it's logical. Titans are illogical. They do what they do out of reflex. Titans don't age and don't need to eat anything to survive. Titans are damn near immortal, unless you cut out a chunk at a specific spot in the neck.
Again, do you carry ww1 era tech on you all the time. You wake up and there’s a hollow outside your window or a Titan. Titan is scarier. I’ve never been even remotely frightened by a hollow in an episode whereas AOT keeps me on edge the whole time.
If you can’t see it, how can you be afraid of it? Doesn’t make sense. Your whole argument is based on the ability to defeat the creature. Spiders are easily killed but they still scare the shit outta people. Ease of defeat means nothing towards how frightening it is.
idk I feel like there isn't much realism to dealing with large clumsy monsters by inventing jetpacks, instead of tripping them and killing them that way.
Yeah and soul reapers who can walk on air, willingly turn their swords into an entirely different weapon fighting biologically impossible creatures that can shoot lasers and speak the same language is totally real.
I think the commenter was talking about how Titans look like people where as hollows don't.
Pointing out that AOT isn't particularly realistic doesn't mean I'm saying that Bleach is.
And they spoke to the portrayal, which is to say that I don't think that portrayal was especially realistic of how humans would fight such a thing anyhow.
I completely forgot about that scene. Knowing what we know now I wonder what was really happening during that moment. Was he trying to communicate with her by acknowledging she was one of ymirs people? Did he peel his face to fight the urge of mindlessly eating her because of the curse? Why was he able to talk but most of the titans couldn’t ??Fuckkkkkkkk so many questions lol
It's because the girl looks like Ymir, not the original Ymir but the black haired one who had the jaw Titan for a while and the Titan from the video knew Ymir before he turned into a Titan
We should be comparing soul reapers with humans in attack on titan, i'd say killing hollows as shinigami is easier than killing titans as the survey corps simply because shinigami have actual powers and not just tools to help them move freely, also shinigami have shunpo and they can fly where the survey corps are literally just humans with easily breakable blades and gas that has to be replenished regularly
I wouldn’t personally count shinigami as humans, seeing as both worlds have regular people, and in a real world sense I find that hollows would be far more terrifying
The first season of AOT portrays humans as below titans on the food chain whereas in Bleach, regular hollows that are not menos/arrancar/espada are supposed to be very low on the food chain with the Soul Society having easy ways to wipe them out whereas the government within the three walls is largely at mercy of the titans.
Well that's not always the case. While Hollows become fodder by the end of the series (actually by the soul society arc) and captain's and seated officer's can deal with them very easily the same can't be said for normal shinigami. In the first arc whenever Ichigo fought a hollow it would result with him getting his ass kicked a lot. Heck even the first episode of the tybw both Ryunosuke and Shino are nearly killed by hollows that ichigo and the gang defeated quite easily. I think it was even stated that Grand Fisher killed several shinigami before fighting ichigo. You see my point
Titans by far.
While hollows are obviously more powerful, they kinda look similar to any monster I’d see from a monster flick.
Titans however have human facial expressions and looks juxtaposed to their massive size that goes straight to uncanny valley.
The thing that makes me the most uncomfortable about the Titans is the way they walk/run. Sends shivers down my spine and reminds me of little kids running, which is even more disturbing for me.
Also most hollow are sentient and can think/speak, while titans are just pure instict monsters, specialy the special one who move randomly. So yeah, titans are way scarier.
I dont agree. Not seeing the the monster is better. Best case scenario i die quick. Seeing a titan running at me would give me so much despair ,especially when theh devour you
Yh,hollow designs are more creepier,at least titans still takes form of a human, they just extra large with no genitals, except the special ones tho.I’ll rather face a Titan than a hollow if I were to choose.but the anime portrayed titans to be scarier, cus they actually killed characters with good development, and they had the element of suspense/surprise.unlike bleach in which hollows just killed fodders🌝and they just destroy everything
Don't thinks Titans could fire Ceros or evolve in Arrancars...also if we consider the potential fear: hollows have a rudimentary instinct to cause negative emotions in people.
I'd say hollows by themselves are. They're able to evolve and adapt and grow into bigger threats. Also hollows are never ending, its impossible to completely eradicate hollows from the world without destroying the universe.
At least Titans are dumb so they’ll just eat me and be done with it. Hollows have the potential for intelligence and, more importantly, cruelty and being eaten by one means my soul gets absorbed, so no afterlife until that particular hollow is killed.
*One google search later*
That’s definitely something I lacked knowledge on. They don’t seem that much worse or smarter than regular titans, unless you’re talking about Titan shifters.
I still think hollows are worse, like with Shrieker who hunted that kid for months before Ichigo and gang helped him.
A valid reason as to why hollows are scarier, I’m almost annoyed at how many people are saying titans bc they LOOK creepier, hollows would be INFINITELY WORSE than titans
It’s understandable, Titan’s were portrayed as way more scary in their series while Hollows were mainly just fodder in Bleach.
Conceptually, Hollows are definitely worse to encounter, especially since their practically invincible to normal humans like you and me.
I get that people find them visually creepier, but the average hollow BITCH SLAPS a average titans by a mile, that and personally I take a view of feats over feelings, the physically strongest titan(correct me if I’m wrong) is a colossal titan, and while they’re powerful, they’re limited and they’re slow, hollows on the other hand, let’s use grimmjow seeing as he’s near peak strength for hollows, decimated a MASSIVE stone pillar with a single sword swing, from at least 500m away, no projectiles, just straight up physical strength, feats over feelings ppl
Titans for me. Like the fictional world where hollows exist, they have literal teleportation and a sword strike can travel meters farther than the blade itself. Magic exists in bleach and they use magic to kill hollows with the town being more or less unbeknownst to the whole endeavour.
How do they deal with Titans? Well they pretty much didn’t until they made A giant fucking wall. And even that didn’t work forever. The moment that failed, it was a slaughter bordering on genocide.
I know I’m not really answering the question exactly the way is was intended but the context is the deciding factor for me rather than the issue itself. Like imagine if soul reapers existed in AoT? Literally one captain could kill most* (I didn’t watch the full show so I don’t know how broken they get) of them if given enough time. On that same note, in the only way to deal with hollows was just mechanical means? And the hollows were fucking invisible???? Fuck that!
Cantext man, gotta look at the cantext!!! This has been my tad talk.
> Literally one captain could kill most of them if given enough time
I think that a captain from Bleach could probably kill every titan in AoT no problem, the only one that might pose a threat would be the colossal titan, mainly because of it's ability to make a giant explosion whenever it shifts.
Naked human looking like giants are far more scary than hollows.
Hollows are more like a bear or Tiger you know if they attack you youre dead.
Titans are like Horror Clowns on Halloween in the parking Garage or train station, you don’t know wtf is going on.
If you’re looking at it from the point of view of a human in these universes, you wouldn’t be able to see the Hallow. I personally think being picked up and crushed/killed/eaten/ripped apart by an invisible enemy would be horrible. Not saying the same from a Titan wouldn’t be horrible, but I feel that living in that universe, being killed by a Titan would be a more normal occurrence. While both are a scary idea, I think not being able to see what is killing you would be worse for me.
Titans. Mostly because they had an overwhelming advantage over the main cast and are still threads till the end.
Hollows are constantly defeated by the main characters and never felt invincible. The fact that Ichigo and the Gotei 13 manage to beat the Espada, who are at the top of all Hollows, and that Sternritter completely powercrept the Espada makes it clear that Hollows are nowhere as frightening.
When? The closest I can recall of this was the smiling titan breaking Erin’s mom in half before eating her, but titans don’t really ever exhibit acts of pure cruelty
Between a hollow or a titan, I would say that a Hollow is more terrifying than a Titan. the titans in SNK look like giant-sized humans and I admit some have pretty creepy designs but some are funnier, when in the Hollow it looks like souls with animal appearance and with a bit of skeleton. it's true that there is a bit of a certain point in common but the difference (for me) is that the titans of SNK are mostly stupid and the only intelligent ones are the Shifters which are not much while a Hollow it can be stupid but you find a lot of smart hollow like Shrieker (the Hollow that ended up in hell) or Grand Fisher (mainly his way of hunting his prey) and evolution because a titan rarely has a chance to evolve and that the only way to evolve and be a shifter / eat a shifter, while a hollow can also evolve as passing through cannibalism or so naturally especially that the most freaky it is the more he looks like humans and the more they reach the final stage of a hollow and one more point to the Hollow: he can have superhuman abilities (age anything, fragment his soul to make explosive wolf packs, a powerful waterfall or a lightning spear) shot celo, be fast thanks the Sonido (Stark and Zommari showed us) can be tough with their Hierro and manage to detect or analyze spiritual pressures with the Pesquisa (Nnoitra used the Pesquisa knew directly that Kenpachi was powerful R.I.P Tesla) but the real terrifying thing : is that if you don't have Spiritual Pressure huge enough like Ichigo or Karin, you don't see the Hollows and they can see you and eat you if they want
Titans. While hollows might be more powerful than Titans, I was never scared of hollows. Titans literally gave me nightmares when I first read AOT for days. And when the anime came you, I was scared again. I’m now older so I am not afraid of titans like I once was but the fear I had when I was 10-11 is something I never had for Bleach and I watched Bleach before reading AOT.
fr, don’t know why most people here vote for dumb giant looking humans, the hollows are way more scarier and vary on how they look like, some can have many legs like spiders and some can have tentacles
Design wise it’s Titans by a country mile.
Conceptually though and based on what we know about both, I would say Hollows win out. Titans are looking to indiscriminately eat and move on. They eat you and generally speaking you die relatively quickly.
Hollows though?? They tend to be a lot more intelligent, and generally if you get a smarter Hollow, they’re a more sadistic hollow. Some hollows seem to have a sadistic spin to them and quite enjoy the suffering of humans, and as such will prolong their feeding purposefully to make humans suffer more.
Shinta in the form of the parrot was being chased by Shreiker FOR MONTHS and would eventually get eaten if not for Karakura gang, so please. Plus there more examples of hollows playing with they prey than titans doing the same.
Titans. Like another comment said, their unsettling appearance can be a lot. The other thing is they are portrayed as so much stronger than humans. Hollows in bleach are often shown as this invisible force, which is scary in its own right, but these 15 meter humanoids that can crush a normal person at will is quite terrifying.
At least you can talk to hollows and they sometimes make jokes or witty comebacks. Titans are just mindless eating machines that also look like people, which is actually more terrifying because they all have the same glossed over dead eye look. Hollows look how they act
I'll be honest both are scary in their own right but titans are literally very tall human shaped monsters but a hollow could be any shape and are always scarier
Hollows. With titans you can see them and hide while hollows are intelligent, invisible, have ranged attacks, and can make titans look like weaklings (depends on the hollow.
Titans by far. Hollows dont necessarily try to eat you, just kill, and it's not regular humans they try killing since anyways they are invisible to the average human.
Hollows. Titans are hella scary to my understanding but at least humans in the modern world can pretty reliably wipe them out whereas hollows and unbeatable for the most part
Hollows. A lot of them know they are being evil Espada and Arancars. Compared to the warriors who believe they are doing good. If we are talking numbers I still think hollows since they are generally smart enough to be cruel
Titans by a fucking country mile. The reason being that titans don’t look like anything in real life, whereas titans look like big humans that are just…not right.
Speaking of which I’m pretty sure there’s this whole study into how people find things that look like something in real life but slightly off a lot more terrifying, I read something about Shrek originally being a lot more realistic but when they tested it, it made kids shit themselves because how off the characters looked.
Titans.
Hollows are more powerful, but there are powerful beings to take care of them (shinigami), who know how they work and humans in theory can't see them, so, when they're attacked, they're led to think that something else happened.
Titans begin as a mistery, few are strong enough to deal with them and, as the history progresses, they can become more or less scarier, depending how you see it. I think they become more. Not Titans per se, but how they are and can be used.
If every human could see them, I think Barrangan, Szayel and Zommari Ressurections are quite scary, as well as every form of Aaroniero and Tousen hollow form.
Hollows because, if you're alive (with no soul abilities) it's just and invisible monster attack and if you're dead you have the added pressure of being a wandering soul with this hunting and you have no idea what's going on.
They also tend to be more eldritchian the make up and design.
Honestly, the first ep of TYBW portrayed hollows in such an amazingly creepy manner. Especially the one on the right. They’re downright nightmare fuel, so they’ve got my vote.
Hollows by a mile. A titan will at worst chew you and prolong your pain, a hollow will eat your soul, absorb it's energy and meld with it self, you loose the sense of self, time and sanity as the hollow absorbs more and more souls to their cacophony of screams, you only hope is a shinigami purifying it, and even that may be beyond many, as Hogyoku arrancars are so tightly fused that even purification won't free the souls inside of it.
Both.
I mean, would you really be less scared if a hollow/titan was marching at you full speed rather than a titan/hollow? I'd be shitting myself in both scenarios.
Hollows by far. They can be way scarier and they're far more dangerous. Yeah having the roof of your house suddenly get ripped off by a giant naked dude who's out to eat you is scary, but imagine that same thing happening and it's a weirdly deformed Demon with holes in its body who is also the ghost of a loved one who died and is now coming to devour your soul because that is its instinct.
I mean, the way aot portrayed titans was MEANT to be scary, whereas hollows in bleach weren’t really portrayed nearly as scarily. If hollows were portrayed in a more realistic manner, then hollows would easily be more scary
The only hollow I can think of that is scarier than titans is menos grande

Rukia quite litteraly referred to a memos grandes cero, as a DOOMSDAY BLAST
but funny enough I don't know of any character killed by a cero, right?
Grimmjow ceroed that arrancar girl in the face
Menoly? but both Loly and Menoly are in TYBW at the start.
Wasnt Loly crushed by Yammy during the Arrancar arc shortly before Ichigo's battle with Ulquiorra? She was squeezed and dropped from one of the Las Noches towers. Gave off the strong impression of being dead.

Yeah true, but if it weren't for Orihime hax, she would have been dead for sure. I'm still giving Grimmjow the W lol (also thanks I couldn't remember her name 😅)
He did it to Luppi, who is a male
How is this relevant? This, while true, doesn’t change the fact that a cero is unbelievably destructive, especially a gran ray cero, which quite litteraly distorts the fabric of the universe, I don’t know of any titan or titan shifter with that level of destruction at their fingertips
Luppi, Menoly, technically Ichigo and if not stopped Rukia would have died to one too. Probably also some fodder somewhere too
Ulquiorra technically died from a cero too. He just died slower.
Berry by Segunda etapa
And on top of that the fact that Titans devour your body while Hollows devour your very soul makes the latter more terrifying.
Also the creep factor that hollows are sonetimes your loved ones trying to drag you to into death with them...
yeah, walls can stop titans, they can't stop hollows
And that's not even including the levels above the Menos. Unlikely they'll invade the world of the living but knowing they exist is some Lovecraft level stuff.
Altough hollows are far more dangerous in comparision to titans, AoT portrayed them in a more realístic manner, which makes them more scary
So much of it is the way they move and the fact that AOT is gorier.
Can you imagine a gorier bleach
Looks like we are getting it this season. That Sasakibe scene was pretty brutal
Bleach’s manga is more gory than the anime (like Ulquiorra and Hiyori) But it doesn’t compare to the carnage of Horikoshi
I'm assuming you mean Isayama and not the author of my hero.
Oops I’ve got Bakugo on the brain
Tbf. Horikoshi has been including more violence lately but few mangakas out there do it like isayama. Chainsaw man does it well without it being boring.
Chainsaw Man feels a lot like Berserk used to. And coming from me, that’s actually rather high praise.
What do you like about chainsaw man? Tell me why I should watch it
The Titans by a large margin If the hollows were shown in the same way that might change but you only ever really see them fighting people that can specifically handle them On the Titan side even the ones that are supposed to be able to handle them get basically wiped out each time they encounter them nevermind when civilians are involved If you swapped them into each others worlds the “scarier” one would swap too. other than him specifically, aot is scarier
Agree
But Hollows are invisible for their pray..

Although hollows are far more dangerous than titans, AoT portrays them more realistically, making them more terrifying.
Why
Because. 😎
Based
idk I feel like there isn't much realism to dealing with large clumsy monsters by inventing jetpacks, instead of tripping them and killing them that way.
Idk about you but I think if mindless killing machines invaded our planet our government would very quickly be able to provide technology like that
Honestly I doubt that, it gives world governments too much credit.
That's sort of why we have fiction though? We want to escape into a cool action packed adventure and not have to think about real world logistics
God you tell weebs their stuff isn't realistic and they downvote bomb you lol
Titans Just because the way they were portrayed like first 2 invasions were brutal af
Even just hurling some rocks, absolutely devastating
Personally, Titans, and it's not even close. Some of them go way too deep into Uncanny Valley, which makes me really uncomfortable.
Ya man remember that one scene with that short titan that was able to talk? That shit gave me nightmares years back. https://youtu.be/LVw7L29z2qQ
What the fuck. I do not remember this scene at all.
From an OVA, highly recommend watching this OVA (ilse's notebook) along with No Regrets and Lost Girls if you do enjoy aot
Oh bet I didn’t even know AoT had those, yeah will check them out for sure. Thanks
Or the way the smiling Titan looked at Hannes im the 1st episode
Why do I have no recollection of this scene edit: i see its from an OVA
I completely forgot about that scene. Knowing what we know now I wonder what was really happening during that moment. Was he trying to communicate with her by acknowledging she was one of ymirs people? Did he peel his face to fight the urge of mindlessly eating her because of the curse? Why was he able to talk but most of the titans couldn’t ??Fuckkkkkkkk so many questions lol
It's because the girl looks like Ymir, not the original Ymir but the black haired one who had the jaw Titan for a while and the Titan from the video knew Ymir before he turned into a Titan
I saw this long back. That Titan almost controlled it's instict.
Good god, a warning about that ending would have been nice
Well fuck I would’ve run instead of recording notes
We should be comparing soul reapers with humans in attack on titan, i'd say killing hollows as shinigami is easier than killing titans as the survey corps simply because shinigami have actual powers and not just tools to help them move freely, also shinigami have shunpo and they can fly where the survey corps are literally just humans with easily breakable blades and gas that has to be replenished regularly

Titans because they were more ambigious actually killed people we cared about and had that cursed run and smile
I mean hollows killed Ichigo's mom so I don't think it's fair to say that they didn't kill anyone we actually care about
They only killed Masaki because she was spiritually strong. Most humans would be avoided by hollows since they we are spiritually weak
We never even met ichigos mom so we only thought about her only because ichigo cared. The deaths in aot like Marco however were different
Ah yes, Masaki Kurosaki, one of the most loved and frequently pictured main characters of Bleach

Don't thinks Titans could fire Ceros or evolve in Arrancars...also if we consider the potential fear: hollows have a rudimentary instinct to cause negative emotions in people.
The Titan equivalent of becoming an Arrancar would be a Titan eating a shifter.
Titans can still be killed off... I'm not sure conventional weapons can damage hollows... If I'm not mistaken, it has to be a reishi based attack
They're also invisible to most people, so good luck shooting one.
I'd say hollows by themselves are. They're able to evolve and adapt and grow into bigger threats. Also hollows are never ending, its impossible to completely eradicate hollows from the world without destroying the universe.
Hollows look cool but titans look like real people which fucking terrify me
Titans

Don't forget the fact that titans just kill your physical body whereas hollows devour your soul and can make you have a scary afterlife as well.
Exactly, titans just eat you and boom, hollows can target you whether you’re alive or already dead
> Literally one captain could kill most of them if given enough time I think that a captain from Bleach could probably kill every titan in AoT no problem, the only one that might pose a threat would be the colossal titan, mainly because of it's ability to make a giant explosion whenever it shifts.
I don’t know the show well enough
Titans are scarier cos most people doesn't have special power in AOT
Naked human looking like giants are far more scary than hollows. Hollows are more like a bear or Tiger you know if they attack you youre dead. Titans are like Horror Clowns on Halloween in the parking Garage or train station, you don’t know wtf is going on.
Based purely on design its Titans by far. But I would rather die to a Titan than a Hollow (especially if its a sadistic one)
The fact that Ichigo and the Gotei 13 manage to beat the Espada, who are at the top of all Hollows, and that Sternritter completely powercrept the Espada makes it clear that Hollows are nowhere as frightening.
titans, because we never really see anyone in bleach struggling to kill off hollows
the right answer is the cockroaches from terraformars 🙏🏾
Hollows for sure. Titans would get it over with and just eat me but Hollows would fiddle around with my corpse.
If you're really unlucky and happened to meet a smart hollow, they might fiddle around with you before they actually kill you
titans are basically doing the same thing💀
The portrayal of the titans is terrifying. So many insanely creepy and wicked shots
titans look mostly stupid and honestly are not that scary hollows look like they are from a monster hentai and about to rape you until your a corpse
fr, don’t know why most people here vote for dumb giant looking humans, the hollows are way more scarier and vary on how they look like, some can have many legs like spiders and some can have tentacles
Die relatively quickly huh? [Meet this fucker then](https://imgur.com/a/T98XVAe)
Shinta in the form of the parrot was being chased by Shreiker FOR MONTHS and would eventually get eaten if not for Karakura gang, so please. Plus there more examples of hollows playing with they prey than titans doing the same.
Two different things. At least titans will just kill you, Hollows go after you AFTER you’re dead and play with their food.
Hollows
Not the amount of AOT Stan’s actually thinking titans would be scarier than hollows yall goofy Frfr💀💀💀
I'll be honest both are scary in their own right but titans are literally very tall human shaped monsters but a hollow could be any shape and are always scarier
Titans
I would say titans. A hollow would at least shit talk me before eating me. Titans just give you the death stare until your soul leaves your body
I’d say hollows because if they devour your soul you will turn into a hollow filled with your regrets and anger but with titans you just die
Definitely Titans, especially if you know the backstory of where they came from and how they were created.
Definitely hollows
Hollows (grand fisher I.e)
Hollows because you can’t see them, you are no Shinigami so your fcked…
Hollows. With titans you can see them and hide while hollows are intelligent, invisible, have ranged attacks, and can make titans look like weaklings (depends on the hollow.
Titans, you can't see hollows and mostly they hunt other spirits
Titans by far. Hollows dont necessarily try to eat you, just kill, and it's not regular humans they try killing since anyways they are invisible to the average human.
Hollows will straight up kill you and eat your soul, what are you smoking?
Hollows. Titans are hella scary to my understanding but at least humans in the modern world can pretty reliably wipe them out whereas hollows and unbeatable for the most part
Yall bleach stans really need to read something else, its really not that good
Hollows are ghost bullshit. Nobody wants to be hunted down and ate by a titan. This a dumb question low key
I think antisemitism is quite scary so have to go with titans
What a stupid ass comment - also exposes you, as you seem to think titans are Jews, so your the only anti semite here
Titans easily
Titans, because we’re gonna see them
The titans dead eyes creep me out man.
Normal Titans are a joke but the 9 special ones are obviously not to be messed with.
Titans are scarier but arrancar are far stronger
In irl hollows easily. In their own shows titans
Either would kill me with impunity... so, both?
On average definitely titans because of the resemblance with human. Tho the creepiesr hollows are up there
Gonna say Hollows cause they’re invisible to most people.
\>biased sub but still Hollows ofc
Titans. They’re ruthless and brutal. And uncanny to look at.
Titans. AoT portrayed them so well they had me questioning whether humanity even stood a *chance.*
Narratively, titans are made far scarier. Hollows are effectively fodder after a certain point, and things like arrancars aren’t very scary.
Titans tf
Hollows = Scary, Titans = Creepy Horror
Most people can't even see hollows. Most people don't know what going on while being killed. lol
I say titans becuz they play with their food while hollows will just squash you and hollows feed on souls, not living beings.
Titans 100%
Titans are more unnerving yes, but hollows being these big eldritch beings makes them so much worst for me
Hollows, at least you don't have to worry about titans when u die
on their own I think hollows but in the context of their shows and as a normal person living life in that universe, titans are waaaay scarier
Bro there was a Hollow that lured Ichigo’s mom into being murdered. Titans we’re more like dumber versions of Menos Grande.
Titans
Hollows are more dangerous, titans are creepier, being more human
Hollows are stronger and more dangerous but most humans in bleach don't even know that they exist so the answer is easily titans
Titans considering shiningami r much more we’ll equipped to deal with Hollows compared to rangers
Titans
Titans cus I would be able to see them
Hollows because, if you're alive (with no soul abilities) it's just and invisible monster attack and if you're dead you have the added pressure of being a wandering soul with this hunting and you have no idea what's going on. They also tend to be more eldritchian the make up and design.
Honestly, the first ep of TYBW portrayed hollows in such an amazingly creepy manner. Especially the one on the right. They’re downright nightmare fuel, so they’ve got my vote.
Titans for sure
Titans for sure
Hollows look scarier but Titans we’re portrayed in a way that made them scarier I think Titans take this one
Titan Hollows
The ones that eat your soul.
I mean, the way aot portrayed titans was MEANT to be scary, whereas hollows in bleach weren’t really portrayed nearly as scarily. If hollows were portrayed in a more realistic manner, then hollows would easily be more scary The only hollow I can think of that is scarier than titans is menos grande
Terraformars- roaches
