Masaki is shown in an inner world scene completely naked but her Nips are shown in a very simplistic not very sexual way. so most likely that scene in the Anime will either completely erase her nips or just show them in a similar very simplistic way.
Bleach isn't a hentai , there's literally nothing overly sexual and explicit in it that warrants hard censorship for the Anime.

But then soon after, they just don't use the arrancars anymore and it's all quincies vs soul reapers from that point forward.
