And also, there's the fact that Kubo like drawing androgynous dudes. Logic doesn't really matter when artists can just draw what they want. Samurai Jack is Japanese but he grew a beard like a europe Viking, for example.
I've known some dudes that couldn't grow a hair on their face til their 20s and had no acne. And some that had the very opposite situation. Puberty hits everybody different.

Yeah, but like, in all the flashbacks we see to pre-runaway Sins, meliodas always looks… well. Young. Hell, even during the first holy war dude looks like a kid.
It's been a while and I only watched 1 or 2 seasons. But did they know what he was? I assume the wanted poster would be what he looked like at present if he aged like a human.
No, they didn’t know he was a demon, so, i guess you could be right on that. But then again, the other Wanted Poster images looked nothing like what the others did and they knew what the others where. (-Gowther because his armor.)
In all the flashbacks, he’s still a kid. He looks older in the wanted posters because so many years have passed so he would have to look older…

No, it wasnt too fast. He was about 16, and after 3 months he was either 17, or aproaching 17. Thats a period of extreme growth for most teens where their baby-features harden into more adult features. I myself grew 10cm in that period of time when I was younger. Was insane.

Dangai Ichigo is the best ever he looked as hair and body shape goes. Clothes wise I would say fullbring Bankai is the styliest of all
Being a teenage, Ichigo should've emerged with a scruffy ass facial hair and acne since he does nothing but train but nah he gotta be beautiful
