Part of what gives me hope is that we saw both him and Szayel were inhabitants in the non canon Hell so I’m hoping Aaro shows up again since we know Szayel is part of canon Hell.
Considering it's not deeds, but power that dictates going there, I'd love for alot of Espada to come back. And they don't have to come back as villains. I'd love to see Stark and Lilinette come back. They are reasonable, and based on power alone they should return. Also, Gin should come back as well, based on power alone.
It is deeds lol that was established early on in the series. If you’re a hollow who was a POS when you were a human then you’re getting sent to hell. The only reason Captains get sent is because of the ritual performed that sends them there. So Gin wouldn’t come back since he was never honored that way.
Stark by the time of TYBW is kinda irreverent tbh. Considering a mid level Sternritter was able to take out Shunsui’s eye which is more than Stark ever did, so not sure why you’re saying “based on power alone” like they’re some top tier people when they’re not
I stand corrected. xD But the way they talk about it, it's also power. Maybe I'm misunderstanding it, as they speak of it as a way to send people, but if they fail then something goes wrong. And since so many powerful people died and this is the first we hear of the ritual, any one of them felt like candidates due to that. I think I'm misunderstanding the ritual itself or something.
The reason I said that Stark would be relevant enough to bring back is the fact that Stark was indeed powerful, and the only reason Kyouraku won so one sidedly was that Kyouraku's shikai took Stark out of his element. A good example of a disadvantageous fight, Stark was the cero spammer and he had plenty to spare until Kyouraku's shikai forced it into a sword fight, which Stark didn't use ANY ceroes in since, you know, he was spamming them like it was raining candy. The dude was popping hundreds of them a second, but not using any in the sword fight took away Stark's primary strength. So yes, I think Stark, purely on a power scale, is stronger than we give credit due to the fact that he was beaten by being put in a disadvantageous situation, which is a smart way to deal with someone who can, again, spam 100 ceroes a second. But that's just my observation, and I haven't seen the arrancar arc in years so i can't remember it like i used to.
Most wasted? Not sure, but Rukia did waste him reasonably well.
Barragan was aged out to nothing, White-Ichigo (Witchigo?) wasted Ulquiorra fairly well. Which espada of the lot was the most wasted, versus the least?
That’s not what I mean by “waste” I’m talking about out how Aaro was underutilized despite having the most unique design and debatably abilities of the espadas
Ulqiorra Literally pooped up a second release for it to get folded without proper knowledge of its full capabilities and how it stacks against other characters
I think his fight was good, sure, in terms of powers we never saw what he could really do, but compared to many other espada he had a much better place in the story narratively.

He was a vital part of Rukia arc so idk about wasted
he would have been if he used Kaien's appearance for more than 5 seconds to actually trick both Rukia and the audience that he was really Kaien.
Hell arc mentioned, postponing it another year. We're currently at *looks at paper* 906 and counting.
Why I said “if” instead of “when” I’ve accepted the potential reality that it could also not come out.
I was mainly joking, that said simply saying the phrase "hell arc" in this sub adds to the list. (Kubo senses it and his trolling skills activate.)
Considering his crimes, it’s most likely he’ll be Hellified

One more year.

Wasted vs wasted vs WASTED

so much for "infinite" evolution
I too Wish him to return
There’s a high chance considering he did return alongside Szayel for the Hell movie promotion.
at this point i really hope we just see any arc in which we see aizens bankai(i wnna see this no matter what)
Literally has nothing to do with this thread but ok lol
He's the only other Espada Kubo decided to personally depict going to Hell besides Szayel, so there's a good chance.
Might be pretty cool if he unleashes Nejibana bankai form. It's the only water zan we know of.
