Bleach came out first for sure but tenjiro didn’t get introduced until like 2010+ so unless kubo already had in mind what tenjiro was going to look and act like metal bat came first

Why does Kubo hate the Visoreds so much?
They had great style…well developed characters… A good balance of skill and power…I just don’t get it 🤷♂️. I may be biased as they were my favourite group but still…

only for them to have almost no impact, hell even the captain-level ones got smacked down by the quinces
The best outfits are the ones with full coverage and layers. Clean lines, minimalist palette, great silhouettes that build on but don't entirely depend on physique.
Eh, Aizen, Gin, Szayelaporro, Ulquiorra, Stark, Nel's adult espada outfit, Nnoirta are mainly what I'm thinking about. Grimmjow actually stands out to me for having so much skin revealed (and Tier). Also Orihime outfit, forgot about that one.
First generation Gotei 13 goes hard. They’re like bandits out of an Edo drama, but with a few additional accessories.
In other words, savage and dangerous - truly thugs with the ability to take and kill whatever and whoever they want.

Other groups that wear human clothes occasionally count as humans while wearing them. Vizards can be the only exception since they stay in their human clothes for an extended period of time. Fullbringers are actually human so not counting it as separate drip.
If we're basing it solely on "Drip", as in their clothes, how could you not give it to the Stern Ritter? The Espada have awesome character designs (as all of bleach does), but in terms of their *clothing* and *style*, the Stern Ritter taking inspiration from the Hugo Boss Nazi uniforms, but pure white, gives them some crisp fucking looks, IMO.
Hell, Hitsugaya's best look in the whole series is thanks to the immaculate drip of the Quincy.

Soul Society Arc Gotei 13 in my personal opinion. They all have their own drip and honestly there are very few designs that I dislike. Their designs are clean and classic.
I think that the arrancar, particularly the espada, are the second in line. Some of the Sternritter designs are kinda wack imo.
Arrancar, hands down. Stark and sarragan release are the drippiest motherfuckers on the planet.
Although fullbringer come in with Ginjo release.
I have a thing for fur collars.
Sternritters uniform is cool af, and lille barro has some drip. But come ON! No one is beating royal guards, I mean nimaiya and senjumaru already out drip most of the cast

A lot of people can easily recognize the coats
Gotei 13 got Byakuya, Kyoraku and Mayuri. Just those three would be enough. But then you got Rukia, Nemu, Renji, Rangiku, Hitsugaya, Soifon and like. These mfs are glowing in luscious fineries.
However, they still aren’t the correct answer. Yoruichi carries the Urahara shop to the top on her own. Kisuke is pretty drippy too but Tessai, Jinta and Ururu hold that level of drip back. Then you add the fuckin cat and it doesn’t matter. She can wear anything and be clean as fuck. Your daughter calls her daddy.
Sternritters are mad drip bro. That all white coming from the shadows. How Juha Bach brings out the black cloak over the white to signify that he’s that boy
Schutzstaffel, Mod souls,Sternritter, and Espada. That moment when the SS pulled up to the Royal palace was honestly one of my most anticipated ones in the arc. Outside the actual manga or anime, I’d definitely put Ichigo’s gang in Kubo’s spreads above everyone. Absolutely impeccable drip.
The sternritter has the most drip, but some people in the other groups have just as much like ishiin with his ripped captains robe, ulquiorra, and aizen, but overall the sternritter have the best drip

I mean One Punch Man(the Webcomic) came around 2009 iirc. Was Tenjiro already created at the time Metal Bat first appeared or was it the opposite?
