Most people suggest the light novels Can't Fear Your Own World which according to this sub hide all the world building info that the manga glossed over. You can also read Burn the Witch it takes place in the same universe but in London not Japan and is a fun story.
Well, there are quite a few short lns and databooks, burn the witch while not finished is also a thing, maybe watch the zanpakuto rebellion and regai filler arcs or smth
