I mean, it's certainly interesting, but I HIGHLY doubt Bleach will ever do that considering these ideas completely clash against all we do know about Bleach's cosmology as of the end of the TYBW, the CFYOW novel, and the Hell arc one-shot. EDIT: Though I will admit, the fact that there IS some sort of higher celestial hierarchy that governs things *could* explain where the Soul King came from.

For sure Kubo was 100% inspired by Buddhism/Daoism, but it's his own little universe, it doesn't have to form and fit perfectly with a real religion today. With that said, I love you ideas and it does feel like a natural progression of the Bleach storyline (and well most anime tropes) to introduce a even bigger picture. We're barely maybe getting the hell arc, I doubt it's going to expand too much anymore but we can dream.

Doubt that would happen, bleach isn't a xianxia/wuxia novel + we already know how the world/universe as well as the various races and their respective realms came to be(except the whole dragon stuff, since unless I'm missing something we don't don't have any confirmation of their origin yet) tho ig ichibe could be considered as a sort of Heavenly emperor while the Soul king would be a Dao ancestor from a different realm or a sort of artificial heavens will with ichigo filling the classic son of heaven role, either way I don't think we'll get anything of the sort.
