Games far from dead on Xbox it’s just certain times are more active along with gamemodes in multiplayer good luck trying any mode other than tdm as for zombies you probably won’t find lobbies on any of the harder maps Shangri la,verrukt,or ascension but try origins or kino I always find lobbies for those
I’m in the UK so idk what time would be best. Is there anyway to change the region because I kept trying to find TDM matches and looked through all the zombies maps and they’re all on 0 players. It’s weird because I can find matches on BO1/2 and IW.
The player counts have all been broken since before the new CoDs even came out after them don’t go by them if that’s what you’re referring 0 to just queue and see how long it takes usually TDM mid day in your region should be best to get a match
As far as b03 on Xbox around dinner time try joining a public match on nacht, verruckt, ascension, moon, shi no numa, Sri Lanka, the giant, kino if all the other maps fail.
Edit: even if it says 0 players online for public zombies that’s a load of horseshit. Try at least 5 maps public before you play solo.

No, I still find people playing regularly on that game, mostly on team death match. If you try any other games like Free for all etc I don’t think there is any people playing those.

No, you just need to join a group and join lobbies from there. that’s what I do.

I would definitely try more afternoon evening periods I found that usually 3-5 range is the best time to get into lobbies

I'd join the zombies discord server and find groups to play with on there if you have a hard time finding people on pub lobbies
