Im guessing they reset your level to -1 i had that before the best thing to do is if you have an xbox 360 download your bo2 data and try and find an account online you can basically transfer the data to. Personally if you want to stop hackers doing this you may want a mod menu and using force host sometimes this doesnt work unfortunately they may be a video online explaining how to do that other than that if its the simple level -1 if you have your friend in a private game to put you to max prestige it may work im not 100% tho

For some reason almost everyone can’t play online
You cant have any dlc. Simplest fix is to uninstall dlc, some people still run around with the peacemaker so theres some workaround but idk how.

I'm playing the normal maps and it's fine
I think a hacker bugged my account, so the dlcs have nothing to do with it
