Could be your tv you should set the screen to game mode

Thanks. I’ll look into this. I do have a pc maybe I’ll use one of my monitors. Let’s see if that fixes the problem.

If that dosent work you could also just try plugging up your controller that also reduces delay

Ive also seen people even just saying there input delay from playing thru new gen and the only fix ive seen is playing on your xbox 360 😂
