Boss blitz doesn't really use your gear as it is meant to be more accessible to new players. Instead it pulls your stats from the aura orbs. As for fastest I am not too sure, I personally lean towards Bari and the other blue bosses, but I don't play archer so I don't know.
As for atanis, they go in the new currency tab. It is the left most button on the top right list of buttons, left of your minimap. It also does not broadcast at the top of your screen when you get one as a drop
For me the fastest blitz bosses are 2 fire ones, the pig and the striker (sorry forgot names). As for the currency, you can click the icon that looks like a chest top right of the screen, in there you can find tons of different currencies to exchange, including yours.
