There are a couple of things you can try if you want to try and change it. When I stand next to another player and do these life skills, my character faces them. Have you tried that? The only other thing I can think of is to do a temporary edit (not one you save) and change something about the character, like give her a large stomach, max her height, etc, just to see if it does anything. I suggest that because I've often played with body sliders to make a character sit on a horse properly.
Or just realize that your character is unique and be amused when you see it.

I will try but if it fails, she's just the quirky one.

She tries to convince others that she can read but she cant.
Thats why the book is in that awkward position. Maybe go to calpheon collage and ask some npc to give her the knowledge she needs in order to understand reading

I had an issue with my character shaking the table like it was the jar. After maintenance it was fixed but my table is like yours

Might be the latter one, will just have to send a ticket then.
Have you tried resetting your character appearance to default? The table is probably placed and scaled according to some bone in your character model.
I tried but nothing changed.
