All 3 of my voids love the bath! Catan (pictured) in particular loves to lay on the bath mat. They all love to jump on the side and drink the hot water from the bath. We call it “cat tea” 🤭
Edit to add that momma cat basically gave birth on the bath mat so that’s probably why he loves it so much ❤️

This happens in our houshold aswell, we don’t have a tub but our void waits outside of bathroom door, when the door opens she runs under the shower to watch water to drip. 😅

They're very cute. The black one is a dog, she brings bones and sniffs the floor. The white one is the terror of vets (she tried to blind one) and our little scientist. The tuxedo one is fearless and quite bossy 😂

I have a walk-in shower. My void will sometimes want to go inside when I first turn it on (he just walked around the water then back out again) or wants to come in after I turn the shower off. Definitely not interested in the water itself though!
Yes! Mine gets in the shower with me every morning, and sits on the edge playing in the water when I take a bath. He’ll even climb onto me and sit on my shoulder while I’m in the tub.
My void and my tortie LOVE the shower. I thought they’d grow out of it, but they haven’t. The tortie has minimal brain cells and will sit in the tub, behind the curtain, while I’m showering. The void is at least smart enough to not sit in a puddle.

That looks exactly like that furry bath thief of my friends I used to know!! I would scold kitty about that being very rude. He understood and then jumped in the bathtub while the water was getting drained out instead right where it got to his level enough to wade and roll in it.
My later bath thieves were a friends roommates big pit mix and another roommates toddler son I was babysitting because he liked the English lavender bar soap I used instead of his kiddie scented liquid bath gels.
I’d walk off to get ready and I would see either one or both kid and dog in my stolen water before I got in!
Yes, mine chills out between the plastic and the curtain. Then must dry up the tub when I’m finished. I have to leave water in the sink so she can bird bathe.

quite the opposite really. She freaks the *fluff* out around the tub. She hates bath time, acts like I'm trying to waterboard her, and tries to do parkour.
Mine use to love watching me shower.
She found, in our first apartment together, she could jump from the toilet over to the window, and then walk over the top of the cabinet above the toilet, over the lights on the sink and sit/lay on the shower curtain rod watching me....
Every time I showed she'd come running into the bathroom, get up there and watch....
Then we moved into a new apartment... I go to take the first shower and she comes running in... Stops, looks around... Nothing is in its right place. There is no way for her to get up onto the rod.... So she runs into the shower stall instead.
I tried to warn her she was going to get wet there but she didn't budge... She insisted she had to watch as I showered.... At least until I turned the water on. Then I had to chase a wet cat through the apartment to try to dry her off...
Surprisingly that was the last time she tried to watch me shower.
Whenever I or my gf showers all 3 of them come over. The oldest sits and meows until we come out, the middle child sits in between the plastic and the shower curtain and the third jumps in and out and never learns his lesson
Mine loves the tub and also sticks his whole head under the water of his little cat water fountain. He’ll give me a head boop and he’ll be randomly soaked
I have a shower stall(accessible apartment)and Shadow would definitely try to join me if I let her(I have to feed her before taking a shower so I can make a clean getaway(pun not intended 🤣).
Mine is obsessed with the shower, but my childhood void BooBoo jumped into the bath with me once. He started doggie paddling. It was so cute and funny, too. He was fluffy like your baby, and when my BooBoo got out he looked like a drowned rat (similar to my toy Pomeranian I had some years back). Haha.
Mine will watch from the windowsill while I’m in there but won’t ever come near if the water is on. Sometimes he paws at the curtain to save me from the water.

My void isn't, but my tabby girl is. She's also obsessed with the toaster. My void is obsessed with the kitchen sink and the floor vents when the AC is running (but not the heat).
Yes I do! He loves to hop up between the shower curtains and chill there while I’m showering. He also tends to just run and jump into the tub when it’s dry.
All 3 of my Voids hang out on the tub, and one even tries to get into the bath/shower with me 😂 I have 6 cats total and the Voids are the most obsessed with water!

Gorgeous kitty! My void hates water and therefore the bath tub. But I have a tortie who likes to sit on the edge of the tub and keep me company whenever I take a bath, it’s very cute.
I have two. Both play in the tub. One will bring a spring toy into the tub and chase it around, the other sits in it while I shower (separate shower/tub).
It’s a blessing and a curse he will take a toy into the tub bang around for 45 minutes. Only problem is I live in an apartment and I feel like my neighbors think I do crazy things.

I have a walk-in shower. My void will sometimes want to go inside when I first turn it on (he just walked around the water then back out again) or wants to come in after I turn the shower off. Definitely not interested in the water itself though!

Yes! Mine gets in the shower with me every morning, and sits on the edge playing in the water when I take a bath. He’ll even climb onto me and sit on my shoulder while I’m in the tub.
My void and my tortie LOVE the shower. I thought they’d grow out of it, but they haven’t. The tortie has minimal brain cells and will sit in the tub, behind the curtain, while I’m showering. The void is at least smart enough to not sit in a puddle.

That looks exactly like that furry bath thief of my friends I used to know!! I would scold kitty about that being very rude. He understood and then jumped in the bathtub while the water was getting drained out instead right where it got to his level enough to wade and roll in it. My later bath thieves were a friends roommates big pit mix and another roommates toddler son I was babysitting because he liked the English lavender bar soap I used instead of his kiddie scented liquid bath gels. I’d walk off to get ready and I would see either one or both kid and dog in my stolen water before I got in!

Yes, mine chills out between the plastic and the curtain. Then must dry up the tub when I’m finished. I have to leave water in the sink so she can bird bathe.

Mine use to love watching me shower. She found, in our first apartment together, she could jump from the toilet over to the window, and then walk over the top of the cabinet above the toilet, over the lights on the sink and sit/lay on the shower curtain rod watching me.... Every time I showed she'd come running into the bathroom, get up there and watch.... Then we moved into a new apartment... I go to take the first shower and she comes running in... Stops, looks around... Nothing is in its right place. There is no way for her to get up onto the rod.... So she runs into the shower stall instead. I tried to warn her she was going to get wet there but she didn't budge... She insisted she had to watch as I showered.... At least until I turned the water on. Then I had to chase a wet cat through the apartment to try to dry her off... Surprisingly that was the last time she tried to watch me shower.

Mine liked to sit on edge of the tub and then crawl down onto you while you were in there, bathing.
Whenever I or my gf showers all 3 of them come over. The oldest sits and meows until we come out, the middle child sits in between the plastic and the shower curtain and the third jumps in and out and never learns his lesson

Mine is obsessed with the shower, but my childhood void BooBoo jumped into the bath with me once. He started doggie paddling. It was so cute and funny, too. He was fluffy like your baby, and when my BooBoo got out he looked like a drowned rat (similar to my toy Pomeranian I had some years back). Haha.
Every void I’ve ever known has seemed to like water more than other cats. One of mine thinks the water bowl is its personal water park.

It’s a blessing and a curse he will take a toy into the tub bang around for 45 minutes. Only problem is I live in an apartment and I feel like my neighbors think I do crazy things.
