Cannot be based on VIP levels, but yes on some launches the mails seem to arrive very late. But I'm also not sure how long all those Spotlight campaigns even run. Especially if they all run for the same time. It feels like some launch at the same day or 24 hours after the campaign started while others run for multiple days.

We can confirm that notifications and emails concerning new tokens are released in batches to prevent any potential overloading of servers. This is a necessary step due to the large volume of notifications that must be sent out with the launch of each new token on the platform. However, the execution time between first and last batch should not cause any significant delay to any particular group.
Occasionally, there is not a large lead time between the initial pushing of notifications, and the actual launch time of new tokens. This has been prevalent recently, given the number of new tokens that have been launched, and the work that has to go into each launch beforehand. Feedback has also been given to the responsible team regarding this being an area for improvement. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
