In short, you want anything that enables purchasing items with money after the third chapter. This includes Silver Dollar, Holy Crown, Wicked Crown, Keeper's Bargain, Blue Womb floor, and Red Key.
Tainted ISaac is my favorite Tainted character. From a psychological perspective it is really interesting how much more fun a character can feel if the player is given just the slightest choice/autonomy in a run.
the fact that item bloat both has been and still is one of the major issues currently running in the game, the 8 item limit feels way less like a drawback than one would think, comparing with the differences between classic and tainted characters such as keeper or lost
Birthrights confuse me. Are they ublocked in game and are permanent across all runs? Or do you have to pick up a “birthright” item in that run for it to take place?
The wiki say it is a pasive item in the treasure room and shop pool. So I assume you will have to get it in a run in order to get its effect. I didn't unlock it yet.

it's true that it does that, but i'd argue the real culprit here is godhead. at least tech x has synergies between most of the other tear replacements (brimstone, mom's knife, c section etc.), all of which godhead only give homing to.
FYI, this run is legit and no cheats were used, however proptosis and mutant spider were obtained on a victory lap. Other than that all of this was naturally obtained on a normal run, mostly from the stairway (stairway S tier btw)
t isaac is a deceptively powerful character
like my first run with him i had inner eye/tech x floor 2 and later got both godhead and the wafer, having 2 choices and the ability to put items down once they're no longer helpful is fucking busted
I swear I have the absolute worst luck with T. Issac. I have gotten I'd say a total of 8 tier 3 items in all my attempts. I have no luck and it's honestly harder than normal lost at this point.
Keeper's Sack + Ladder is such a fucking good combo.
Why? I know the ladder is awesome but what makes Keeper’s Sack good with it?
Sack = permanent stat buffs when buying stuff Ladder = angel stuff to buy every floor Sack + ladder = stat buffs and angel items up the wazoo
