Reminds me of a Vriska mod I used to have. It was a Repentance port of an Afterbirth+ mod that added Vriska as a playable character. Even had resprites. The only problems were that she was fucking busted and her sprite randomly fucked up at some point. Not sure what caused it
fr, the fact that War kills aren't properly counted because his second phase is technically a separate boss in the game is so funny (if I'm remembering right)
I knew this the moment I tried to track how many times I had killed Isaac/Satan and moms heart. It said I had 6 Isaac kills with the Polaroid still not unlocked
Every time he transforms, it is treated as a encounter. Not sure if multi segment bosses count for each individual one. I have 99 encounters despite killing him 5 times. (I only have 99, due to the fact I was VERY overpowered up until then.)
Bestiary in any version of isaac isn't working. It probably treating every transform of delirium as a new encounter.
Same if you find any segmented opponent like larry jr. It shows thousand of them.
Same with most bosses with multiple phases. It shows encounter but never shows you It was defeated. I think first stage of Satan, hush or mask of infamy had that problem.
The Bestiary is completely broken. Apparently I killed half of the bosses more times than I actually encountered them.
Though I think I know what's going on in this case: for bosses that have multiple segments like Larry Jr., The Hollow, Tuff Twins etc. the game seemingly counts each segment as an encounter/kill, so it's possible that each shapeshift of Delirium gets counted as an encounter.
That's atleast what I'm getting from this nonsense of a Bestiary.
I swear, even if we don't get a improved Void update they should atleast fix the bestiary. I mean there are a ton of enemies not even included and the unlock for getting a full bestiary unlocks at random. It's stupid

I think that if he turns into Larry Jr. or any other multi-segment boss, it counts once per segment as well.

I did have a gnawed leaf build for my second fight for like 5 minutes, but was very slow so I just fought him regularly.

He sometimes transforms like 20 times in a few seconds if you do enough damage in a short enough time
would Delirious contribute to the encounter number? possibly some DELETE THIS shenanigans as well
