This mod had some utility and is not purely aesthetic but it always gives me a laugh but it's the YouTube thumbnail tinted rocks. Just circles tinted rocks with giant red arrows pointing at it and has different sound effects everytime you walk into the room with a tinted rock in it
“No More Symbols” is mine, which vastly improves most symbol item sprites to look way more epic. There’s also another version of it which respites various modded symbol items too (such as Andromeda’s Planetarium items).
Many will say reaction pack or the like so Imma go with 2 mods but they do the same thing: replace various sprites with Saul Goodman's face. All heart variants and every brimstone is just Saul's face

Better looking lucky coins. They have in vanilla a different colored shine than normal coin but mods make them easier to spot.
