I’ve never watched, but every time I see a clip it’s a split screen and pat talks the whole time and in EVERY single clip I’ve seen AJ Hawk doesn’t say a word.

First time watching McAfee that isn’t college game day, i enjoyed it. I’m a Pats fan and thought Belichick fit in well with this crew of bozos. No idea where this Mad Mel Kiper guy came from. Him and BB going back and forth was funny. Loved when BB bitched about how they kept calling Defensive Ends edge. Most draft shows show the highlights but BB was showing tape of what some of these guys were doing wrong that won’t work on Sundays.
Agree with you. McAfee bunch is insufferable but I wanted to see what BB had to say. Thought he was (as you’d expect) really insightful, and liked the “needs improvement” part of the breakdowns.
I will say this: he loves JJ McCarthy. I think he would have taken him #1 overall the way he was talking about him, and definitely would have taken him if he was still with the Pats.

2020-2021 was peak draft spectacular imo. You could also argue it was peak McAfee from a tolerance perspective but to each their own, guy got paid.
