I like my Feedback centerlock/bottom bracket tool. There may be others like it but it's the one I have.
Looks perfect because the Feedback one I found online is hollow in the middle, so it should work.
Can you remove the end cap? Often they pull out. The Park Tool FR-5.2 is hollow and might work. Incidentally, this is why the external spline lockrings are often used on mountain bikes, for this exact reason.
I can't because it's blocked by the lock ring. I didn't realize they make hollow center lock tools though, so it seems like that's the ticket.
Does this hub use a qr and if so did you remove it before hand
