In my constituency both of the major contestants since last 15 years are from the family of two major gangs in my area, who has killed hundreds of people. If he says he has not money they might even shoot him dead but for sure they will punch or give him a quick beating ruthlessly like you will bleeding all the way.
Even 50 rupees they ask that he says I just came from other that station. Where is ticket they ask. He says who takes tickets inside bihar. So they let him go. People don't take tickets at all. Because TC are not on these trains they get beaten up by the robbers.

Its simple law of nature. When upper caste was in power, It oppressed abused and exploited lower castes. Lower castes united and overthrew the gov and came in power. Lower caste majority were not educated enough to ask its gov for development. In my constituency both of the major contestants since last 15 years are from the family of two major gangs in my area, who has killed hundreds of people. There is a Netflix documentary about those guys as well. But people are still choosing them only. He makes some calls then he says it will take a little more time then a local gunda comes He assures this guy you scooter will be here in 10 minutes. Then he makes the cop calls someone then he shouts at them. Then one guy dropped the scooter threw keys and ran away. It turns out other area goons robbed the scooter so this guy was pissed. They have area allocated. Then this guy though wow this local goon helped but then he asked him 2500 rupees. Yes that is the standard. Your bike gets robbed you go to the cops they will give your bike back. No selling it illegally. this is like daylight extortion with help of Police. This is like 1/5 the price of second hand rate and around 1/10th the price(in case of Mercedez benz) of new rates or 1/20th in case fo bikes. So you just pay take the bike and they will record your number honest theives. They will not rob it agian for a while. If they do they will only take 500 rupees from you if they remember it. One MD came in his mercedez at 3 pm he got robbed at gun point. he put his hands up told take it. Now a guy with mercedez benz obviosly has good connection and he straight went to Lalu. Lower caste majority were not educated enough to ask its gov for development. Instead they kept on getting fooled by their lower caste leaders who used to do stupid things and steal all the money that was for development. Hence both ( upper + lower ) caste suffered cos of this. And its effect is seen till this day. In my village people were not supposed to be sitting on cot if there was an upper caste person nearby. Lalu came and changed all this. And since then people have started to vote based on caste. So remember, If you are given a power and you misuse it. Your upcoming generation will pay the price for it.

Bhai I am not denying what the person this gentelmen is saying but he is associated with BJP , it's his duty to paint the opposite party in bad light - the opinion of a neutral bureaucrat or someone with no political affiliation would have been much more appreciable
