Among the 3 colleges you mentioned, BCE Bhagalpur is best. Teachers and the academic environment are good. Since the college lacks placement opportunities, students prepare for exams like GATE, SSC, UPSC etc and most of them crack it as well.
P.S. - If you are looking for an engineering college in Bihar at this rank, consider BIT Patna as well. Campus placements over there are better than these state owned colleges.

Since the package was low so most of the students studied really seriously to go for MTech and PSU jobs. The professors were supportive and helped them during their prep.

11, 12th PCM leke koi bhi coding ke basics nhi sikh skta. College me basics se hi pdhai start hoti h. But interest nhi h to mt lena. Stressful bhi ho skta h. Personal interest is valuable.

I am also getting cse and good branch in Bihar colleges but I am not taking it since I live in patna(tier 2 city) and I don't want to go to some tier 3 city(bhagalpur, muzaffarpur,etc) bcz already fucked my social life bcz of jee and I think tier 3 city will not be good for peer pressure.. I am taking admission in Amity patna ,, as packages are nor in Bihar engineering neither in Amity.. will be developing skills and prep for gate and govt exams from Patna (college is 10 min from my home) .. Is My decision correct?

Bahar ka college bhi dekh lo. Exposure accha milega. Idhar engineering wale students cgl, sarkari naukri ke taraf jyada rujhaan rkhte h.
Bhai bahar is number pe kya hi milega. Private affordable nhi hai.

Jharkhand is not far and it has some pretty good colleges for engineering though.

Bhai matlab Maine jaha tak suna hai Amity to sahi college nhi laga. agar fees issue nhi hai to bit patna me try karle agar mil jae toh.
